Course Reconnaissance FURTHER INFORMATION The Swim – unfortunately, there is no opportunity to practice swim in the lake in the days leading up to the event. The Bike - there are bike maps & downloadable files to help you navigate the course. The full course will be marked from the Saturday afternoon. The Run - most of the run route is on private property, which is not accessible apart from race day. However, you'll be delighted with the sights & sounds on The event will be held under the rules of the British Triathlon Federation, including the new “Return to Play” Covid-19 Event Management the slightly undulating three loop course.
