הכלה יברכ י ןנחו ןב ירונ .1 Rebbe Yaakov bar Idi told Rebbe that he heard Rebbe Yehoshua ben Levi say explicitly that the halachah is like Rebbe Yochanan ben Nuri who grants a sleeping person a techum of two thousand amos. In the halachah follows – הכלה ירבדכ לקימה בוריעב ,addition, Rebbe Yehoshua ben Levi said a general rule that the more lenient opinion in issues regarding eruvin. Rules of psak when disagree בר י אמ י ר ו בר י י ה ו הד הכלה ברכ י ,Rebbe Yaakov bar Idi said in the name of Rebbe Yochanan regarding disputes and it is not necessary to teach that between Rebbe Yose and , ,הדוהי יבר הדוהי יברו י יסו הכלה יברכ י יסוי יר כה ס בו דה ב ,דה Rebbe Meir the halachah follows Rebbe Yose, for if against Rebbe Yehudah Rebbe Meir’s view does not prevail, then against Rebbe Yose there is no question it does not prevail. said that since there is a rule that in disputes between Rebbe Yehudah and Rebbe Shimon, the halachah follows Rebbe Yehudah, he can learn from this that in a dispute between Rebbe Yose and Rebbe Shimon, the halachah follows Rebbe Yose, , because if Rebbe Yehudah does not prevail against Rebbe Yose, certainly Rebbe Shimon does not.
