(MINSTER LOVELL) (WINDRUSH RIVER BRIDGE) (18 TONNE WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 20** 3.) (ASTHALL, NINETY CUT HILL, WINDRUSH RIVER BRIDGE) (THREE TONNE WEIGHT RESTRICTION AND 2 METRES WIDTH RESTRICTION) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The orders aim to protect 3 bridges from further deterioration by limiting the weight of vehicles, thereby ensuring their longevity. Each has been covered by temporary weight restriction orders whilst a program of improvements is being planned for remedial work.

1.) Charlbury – 7.5 tonnes limit for the B4437 Forest Road / Dyers Hill as is carried by the Evenlode river bridge (permanent traffic order currently in place being replaced to better clarify the description), 2.) Minster Lovell – 18 tonnes limit for the Windrush river bridge, 3.) Asthall – 3 tonnes limit at Ninety Cut Hill for the Windrush river bridge, together with a two metre bridge width restriction.

Objections to the proposals and other representations specifying the grounds on which they are made may be sent in writing to the address below by the 29 May 2020. The Council will consider objections and representations received in response to this Notice. They may be disseminated widely for these purposes and made available to the public.
