Services (DGAC) Function:- Maintenance Establishment:- Vikhroli Job Profile KRA:- • Operation and maintenance of DG sets and other utilities. • Boat / Yacht maintenance • Co ordination • Upkeep of records • Projects. Job Description:- • Operation, monitoring and maintenance of 1375 KVA Diesel Generator Sets, 1000 scfm air compressors and accessories. • Hands-on experience in carrying out troubleshooting, top overhauling and major overhauling of DG sets, Compressors and accessories. • Conducting periodic health checkup of DG sets, Compressors and accessories. • Carrying out Preventive / Predictive Maintenance and Condition Based Monitoring of Utilities as per schedule. • Complaint Handling and Analysis. • Conducting Failure Analysis of DG sets, Compressors and accessories • Implementation of CAPA to prevent repetitive breakdowns • Maintaining proper documentation and upkeep of records. • Customer Relationship Management. • Out of Box thinking for carrying out modifications if any. • Quick decision making in crisis situations. • Spare parts and inventory management.

BOAT / YACHT RELATED ACTIVITIES • Maintenance of boat engines and accessories. • Maintain proper records • Co-ordinate and liaison with various agencies and tandels. • Should go on board and help shifting yachts to safer place in rough weather

Requisite Qualification • Dip in Marine Engg. / Mech Engg / Or • SSC with ITI and NCTVT (Diesel Mech.) Preferred- Should have worked on High seas Preferred-Worked with Merchant Navy / Navy Skills Required • Should have hands on experience on troubleshooting, overhauling and working on DG sets. • Should have indepth knowledge of hydraulics, lubricating systems, engine operations. • Think out of the box • Decision making Preferred: • Should be able to read and decipher drawings, BOMs • Knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint. • Knowledge of Autocad
