LIABILITY WAIVER – BOAT SLOT RENTAL I have read and understand the rules for boat slot rental at Hudson Springs Park. I acknowledge permission to use the facilities in accordance with these rules. In consideration of the permission and privilege allowed to me hereunder, I do hereby specifically agree to indemnify, save, and hold harmless the City of Hudson and the Hudson Park Board and employees from any and all losses, claims, actions, or proceedings of every kind and character which may be presented or initiated to recover money, property, or damages for any injuries to persons, or injurious results, or any damages to property suffered which arise from our use of the facilities and Hudson Springs Park. I agree to make this information available to all other users of my watercraft.

Please note: • Ohio Revised Code 15-47: All boats must have life jackets for each passenger. • The City of Hudson and the Hudson Park Board are not responsible for lost, vandalized or stolen boats. • Gasoline motors are not permitted on the lake. Electric motors are permitted. • Boats must be stored in boat racks, canoes in canoe racks & kayaks in designated area. • Your boat must be stored in the assigned slot. • Your boat must have a current boat slot rental sticker & an Ohio registration sticker adhered to it or is subject to removal. • All non-residents are required to purchase a seasonal fishing permit to rent a boat/canoe/kayak slot. • Season begins on October 31, 2020 and ends October 31, 2021.
