Harvest Bliss Ingredients: 2 oz of 1 oz of Fresh Squeezed Orange 1/2 oz of Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz of Simple Syrup Pinch of Cardamom Garnish: Dehydrated Orange and Sprinkle of Cardamom

Pumpkin Spice Mule Ingredients: 2 oz of Vodka 1/2 oz of Pumpkin Spice Syrup (See Recipe on Next Page) 1/2 oz of Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice OR 4 wedges to muddle the juice out 3-4 Sprigs of Mint Ginger Garnish: Dehydrated Lime and Mint MAKING A SIMPLE SYRUP A simple syrup is easy to make at home & you can use over and over again! It is equal parts of water & sweetener. Please prepare before our session together.

Classic Simple Syrup 1/4 Cup of Sugar & 1/4 Cup of Water In a saucepan, simmer water & sugar until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool & pour it into a glass bottle. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

Pumpkin Spice Simple Syrup 1/4 Cup of Sugar & 1/4 Cup of Water In a saucepan, simmer water & sugar until sugar is dissolved. After you take it off the heat, add a pumpkin spice tea bag while the simple syrup cools. Let it cool & pour it into a glass bottle. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month.

In A Hurry Simple Syrup Heat up 1/4 cup of water in the microwave. Put 1/4 cup of sugar in a glass container. Add hot water to container with sugar, shake until sugar dissolves, & let cool. Store in the fridge for up to 1 month. HARVEST BLISS

Harvest Bliss Ingredients: 2 oz of Vodka 1 oz of Fresh Squeezed 1/2 oz of Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz of Simple Syrup Pinch of Cardamom Garnish: Dehydrated Orange and Sprinkle of Cardamom

Instructions: 1. Fill your shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds 2. Strain into a coupe glass 3. Express the oils of the orange peel over the cocktail and garnish with a dehydrated orange and a sprinkle of cardamom PUMPKIN SPICE MULE

Garnish with a dehydrated lime and mint sprig BONUS RECIPES Caramel Apple Mule Ingredients: 2 oz of Vodka 2 oz of Spiced Apple 1/4 oz of Fresh Lemon Juice Ginger Beer Caramel to Drizzle Cinnamon

Instructions: 1. Take a glass and drizzle caramel around the inside of the glass. 2. In a shaker tin, add ice, vodka, apple cider, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously. 3. Put ice into the glass with caramel and strain the cocktail into the glass. 4. Top with ginger beer. 5. Garnish with an apple slice and drizzle caramel on top of the apple. 6. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon.

Apple Pumpkin Beer Cocktail Ingredients: 2 oz of Bourbon 3 oz of Pumpkin Beer 2 oz of Apple Cider 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice Garnish: Cinnamon Stick Instructions: 1. In a shaker tin with ice, add bourbon, apple cider, and lemon juice. 2. Shake vigorously. 3. Pour into a glass with fresh ice. 4. Top with pumpkin beer. 5. Garnish with a cinnamon stick
