The downside of the flourishing economy is the increasing demand for labour that does not match with what is available. A lack of technical talent is the most significant limiting factor for the further growth of the knowledge- intensive manufacturing industry and thereby an important focus point for Brainport Eindhoven. Major efforts are being made to attract, keep and develop our own talented workers at all levels of education.
