Erie Canal

Verse 1: I’ve got a mule, her name is Sal. Fifteen miles on the Erie Canal. She’s a good old worker and a good old pal. Fifteen miles on the Erie Canal. We’ve hauled some barges in our day, Filled with lumber, coal, and hay. And we know every inch of the way, From Albany to Buffalo.

Chorus: Low bridge, everybody down! Low bridge, for we’re comin’ to a town! And you’ll always know your neighbor, You’ll always know your pal, If you’ve ever navigated on the Erie Canal!

Verse 2: We better get on our way, ol’ gal. Fifteen miles on the Erie Canal. ‘Cause you bet your life I’d never part with Sal, Fifteen miles on the Erie Canal. Git up there, mule, here comes a lock, We’ll make Rome ‘bout six o’clock. One more trip and back we’ll go, Right back home to Buffalo.

Chorus

When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin along, along, There’ll be no more sobbin’ when he starts throbbin’ his old sweet song. Wake up, wake up you sleepy head, get up, get up, get out of bed, Cheer up, cheer up, the sun is red, live, love, laugh and be happy.

What if I’ve been blue, now I’m walkin’ through fields of flow’rs, Rain my glisten but still I listen for hours and hours. I’m just a kid again, doin’ what I did again, singing a song. When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbin’ along.

Marine’s Hymn From the Halls of Montezuma to the shores of Tripoli, We will fight our country’s battles in the air, on land and sea. First to fight for right and freedom and to keep our honor clean. We are proud to claim the title of Unites States Marines.

Air Force Hymn Off we go into the wild, blue yonder, Climbin high into the sun. Here they come zooming to meet our thunder, “At ‘em boys, give ‘er the gun!” Down the dive, spouting your flame from under, Off with one terrible roar! We live in fame or go down in flame. Nothing ‘ill stop the U.S. Air Force.

Pledge of Allegiance

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

National

Oh, say, can you see, by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hail'd at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and bright stars, thro' the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watch'd, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the bombs bursting in air, Gave proof thro' the night that our flag was still there. O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
