Our Celebration Assembly was in honor of fairness in the month of December! Our students here at Conewago are wonderful role models!! We kicked off the assembly with holiday tunes from NHS brass choir's visit!

Mr. Davenport and Mr. Zirkle took some time over the holiday break to add some school spirit to the gym at Conewago. They painted an orange and black stripe all the way around the gym. Thanks guys!

The Safety Education class went on a field trip to the AACA Museum and the Life Lion Hanger. Students were able to see the evolution of cars at the museum. At the hanger students were introduced to exciting careers as a paramedic, nurse, and pilot. Lucky winners of the gingerbread houses!

Austin Durant, a 2002 graduate, is playing the role of Harold Zidler on Broad- way's Moulin Rouge! The Mu- sical for the next six weeks.

The DRIVE class (CDL, Forklift training program) traveled to area companies to learn about jobs in the trans- portation industry. The class traveled to DHL warehouse in Manchester to learn about forklift jobs in our dis- trict. The tour was given by Northeastern Alumni Eric Steadman, 2011 gradute. Next stop was at Kenworth of Pennsylvania in York to learn about jobs at a dealership. Then they traveled to KBS Inc. to learn about dump truck maintenance and hauling. The last stop was to R. H. Crawford, INC in Hanover to learn about the many careers in the trucking Industry.
