Mark Yeager is the current CEO of Red- wood Logistics since the beginning of 2018 - formally was the Chief Executive Officer of Simplified Logistics LLC since August 30, 2017. Mr. Yeager is a Senior Adviser at CI Capital Partners. Prior to joining Simplified and CI, he served as the President of Hub Group, Inc. from January 1, 2005 to August 8, 2015 and served as its Chief Operating Officer from May 2004 to August 8, 2015. During his 23 year career at Hub, he served as the President of Field Operations for Hub Group Inc. since July 1999 until Janu- ary 1, 2005.

He served as a Division President, Secretary and General Coun- sel of Hub Group Inc. from November 1997 to June 1999 and served as a Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel from March 1995 to November 1997. From May 1992 to March 1995, Mr. Yeager served as Hub Group Inc.’s Vice President-Quality. Mr. Yeager joined Hub Group Inc. in 1992 and served in a variety of roles. Mr. Yeager was an associate at the law firm of Grippo & Elden from January 1991 to May 1992 and an associate at the law firm of Sidley & Austin from May 1989 to January 1991.

He served as Vice Chairman of Hub Group Inc. since November 4, 2008 until August 13, 2015 and served as its Director from May, 2004 to October 9, 2015. Mr. Yeager holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University in 1989 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University in 1986.
