South Cotabato • On August 12, 2008, 17 suspected MILF attacked Brgy Ned in Lake Sebu and took 3 Garan rifle, 1 M14, 1 Caliber 45 and 2 ICOM-02N from the CVOs. • About 400 families were evacuated from 9 sitios and stayed at Ned Elementary and National High School while others opted to stay with their relatives • Five (5) persons were reported dead due to the incident. • Distribution of relief goods was hindered due to road condition
