Achievements during April, 2017 : (i) The Airports Authority of India (AAl) has earned a profit of Rg,247,36 crolge after deduction of tax during the month of April ,2017. (ii) Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi flagged off Maiden UDAN flight from Shimla- Delhi undel the Regional Connectivity Scheme on 27.04.2017. ? (iii) Hon'ble prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi flagged off Kadapa- Hyderabad and Nanded- Hyderabad flight under Regional Connectivity Scheme on 27 .04.2A17 through video conferencing. (iv) Hon'ble Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Shri Trivendra Singh Rawat hoisted 100ft. height National Flag at Dehradun Airport on 02.04.2017. (v) Chennai International Airport received the Tamil Nadu Tourism Award- 2016 in the category of 'Best Tourist Friendly Airport'.
