Site observations are for proposed new substations, existing substations that may be upgraded /undergo extension works as part of the project, and proposed new distribution lines. Photo documentation of the sites were undertaken; informal meetings and public consultations with villagers and potential beneficiaries, affected persons, village administrators and public officials were done on-site when possible.
