HOW IT WORKS // The LTE Secure Backup service establishes a private wireless connection between your site and the Segra WAN, which serves as a hot-standby link, always on and ready to carry traffic. If your primary access to the Internet or company network goes down, LTE Secure Backup automatically switches your location to the wireless connection, enabling your Internet, VoIP and data services to continue operating while the problem is resolved. When failover occurs, the switching process is seamless for users. To deliver the service, Segra determines your failover-connectivity requirements and configures the solution accordingly. We install the necessary equipment at your site and then activate, monitor and manage the service, including performing maintenance and repairs.
