AT&T Enhanced Push-To-Talk (EPTT) is an IP-based Push-to-Talk service that provides virtually instant group communications over 4G LTE and compatible wireless and Wi-Fi networks and serves as a powerful collaboration tool. The AT&T Enhanced Push-To-Talk (EPTT) delivers communications solutions on a broad portfolio of devices, accessories and integration capabilities that augment legacy PTT solutions and provide a pathway to future FirstNet solutions. Public safety users will benefit from an intuitive interface and enjoy quick and easy communications like traditional two-way radio with pre-defined talk groups and an all-in-one interface that is ideal for users migrating from, or augmenting, two-way radio systems.

**The FirstNet Enhanced PTT Bolt-on Plan is also available for use on Subscriber Paid User lines using the AT&T commercial core, rather than on the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core. Customers using the AT&T commercial core will have different coverage and network capabilities than customers using the First Net Evolved Packet Core, as more fully described in the Subscriber Paid User’s underlying AT&T Wireless Customer Agreement. See Important Terms: AT&T commercial core for details. ** “Unlimited” refers to domestic usage of Enhanced PTT on the AT&T domestic 4G LTE network and the 4G LTE networks of rural providers connected to the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core and usage on roaming partner networks in Canada and Mexico. FirstNet Enhanced PTT Bolt-On Plan usage does not count as part of the usage or data plan allowance under a device’s AT&T Wireless Customer Agreement. .

FIRSTNET ENHANCED PTT BOLT-ON PLAN (FIRSTNET EVOLVED PACKET CORE): Bolt-on Plans require a FirstNet Subscriber Information Module (SIM) in a FirstNet Capable device provisioned with a FirstNet Mobile Plan. Eligibility: Eligible individuals must be verified and approved by the Primary User Public Safety Entity as being either (a) employees of the Primary User Public Safety Entity, or (b) active, auxiliary personnel who are affiliated with and provide services or perform functions on an occasional volunteer basis in the areas of law enforcement, fire protection or emergency medical services for the Primary User Public Safety Entity (collectively, “Subscriber Paid Users”). Subscriber Paid Users must subscribe to service under an AT&T Wireless Customer Agreement with a separate FirstNet related account for which the qualified Subscriber Paid User is personally liable. FirstNet Evolved Packet Core Limitations: The FirstNet Evolved Packet Core is designed primarily for domestic use by Public Safety Entities and their authorized users, with planned additional capabilities for Wi-Fi calling, Advanced Messaging, and international roaming capabilities outside of Mexico and Canada. Plan use is available in the United States Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Canada, and Mexico.

WIRELESS CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (WCA): Subscriber Paid Users must have a qualified WCA. Plans are subject to the terms of (1) the WCA; (2) the AT&T FirstNet Solution Service Guide (“Service Guide”) when the Service Guide is incorporated into the WCA; and (3) this document and all other related Sales Information.
