Tada je ova organizacija OF FILMMAKERS brojala oko 20 članova, među kojima su najistaknutiji bili njeni osnivači: OF BOSNIA AND Žika Ristić, Mišo Finci, Pjer Majhrovski, HERZEGOVINA Eduard Bogdanić, Kaća Rundo, Slobodan Jovičić, Tomo Janić i Đokica Jolić. Prva predsjednica Udruženja bila je Sida Marjanović, a prvi generalni sekretar Pjer Majhrovski. Udruženjem su rukovodili: Toma Janić, Vlado Branković, Slobodan Jovičić, Milan Kosovac, Edo Bogdanić, Suad Mrkonjić, Midhat Mutapčić, Žika Ristić, Dragan Resner, Nenad Dizdarević, Miljenko Uherka, Nedžad Begović, Benjamin Filipović, Milenko Prstojević, Faruk Lončarević, Amra Bakšić Čamo, a trenutno je predsjednica Ines Tanović. Danas Udruženje aktivno učestvuje u formiranju i usmjeravanju bh. kinematografije. U toku prethodnih 15 godina naši članovi su osvojili najprestižnije filmske nagrade, a Udruženje je značajno proširilo svoje programske aktivnosti. Osim programa Bosanskohercegovačkog filma, koji Udruženje organizira u sklopu Sarajevo Film Festivala svake godine od 2003., Udruženje izdaje i Katalog Bh. filma Kontakt / Contact: Udruženje filmskih radnika u BiH / koji je osnovni promotivni materijal Association of Filmmakers in BiH za promociju bh. kinematografije na Branilaca Sarajeva 20 / III filmskim festivalima u Cannesu, Berlinu 71000 Sarajevo itd. In the past 15 years, our members have won the world’s most prestigious film awards, while Association has significantly broadened its activities. U hotelu Evropa, najboljem hotelu u gradu, menadžer Omer priprema doček za VIP diplomatsku delegaciju. Na stogodišnjicu atentata, koji se smatra povodom za početak Prvog svjetskog rata, ovdje bi trebao početi apel za mir i razumijevanje. Ali osoblje hotela ima i druge brige: platu nisu dobili mjesecima, te planiraju štrajk. Hatidža je izabrana za lidera akcije iako je njena kćerka, recepcionerka Lamija, izričito protiv štrajka. U međuvremenu, u privatnosti predsjedničkog apartmana, gost iz Francuske vježba svoj govor. Na drugim mjestima, televizijska novinarka obavlja intervjue o ratu i njegovim posljedicama. Je li Gavrilo Princip bio ubica, kriminalac ili nacionalni heroj? Sarajevo, on 28th of June, 2014. At the Hotel Europa, the best hotel in town, the manager Omer prepares to welcome a delegation of diplomatic VIPs. On the centenary of the assassination that is considered to have led to World War I, an appeal for peace and understanding is supposed to come from here. But the hotel staff has other worries: not being paid for months, they are planning to go on strike. Hatidža from the hotel laundry is elected strike leader even though her daughter Lamija, who works in reception, is firmly against the strike. Meanwhile, in the sealed-off presidential suite, a guest from France rehearses a speech. Elsewhere, a television reporter conducts interviews about war and its consequences.     Na adresu TFF-a pristiglo je preko sedam stotina fi lmova U organizaciji Magic Factory ove godine od 12. do 16. oktobra održat će se jubilarni 5. Tuzla Film Festival – južnoslavenskog fi lma. Na adresu festivala pristiglo je preko 700 fi lmova, a nakon selekcije i ove godine bit će prikazano oko stotinu fi lmova u šest kategorija: dugometražni, kratki igrani, animirani, dokumentarni, future generation short fi lms. Festival će biti upotpunjen i drugim sadržajima kao što su radionice sa profe- sionalcima iz svijeta fi lma, kafe sa poznatima i otvoreni party sa gostima festivala. Ove godine na festivala dolazi veliki broj gostiju iz inostranstva, a razlog tome je nova kategorija future generation short fi lms, riječ je o internacionalnom kratkom fi lmu gdje je pristiglo 400 fi lmova iz oko 70 zemalja svijeta. Svoj dolazak kao članovi žirija ili gosti festivala najavila su poznata fi lmska imena sa naših prostora. Tuzla Film Festival 2016. Festival Film Tuzla 2 Tuzla Film Festival je doživio svoju petu godišnjicu iako su mu predviđali da nikada neće ugledati svjetlo dana. Problemi koji se događaju zbog ne postojanje kulturne politike grada, kao i Federacije dovode do problema koji svi umjetnici dobro osjećaju na ovom prostoru. Stalna borba za fi nansiranje jedne manifestacije koja se već uveli- ko dokazala, ne samo da umara producente iste, već iz godine u godinu čini odljev kadrova koji su se obrazovali kroz TFF, a sa stečenim iskustvom i Boris Balta znanjem koje posjeduju, mogli bi napraviti Tuzlu direktor Festivala Festival Director kao centar kulturnog događanja sa razvojnom agendom za mlade talente.

As a masculine organisational culture create a gender gap, Hofstede’s dimensions, which measure organisational cultures per country, have been used. Both the researched film festival organisations and the awarded film directors show a gender gap, which is persistent in both Europe and North America. The film festivals which have been established earlier, seem to have more female directors and executives. Film festivals with more female employees also have more female directors and executives. All in all, this research did not find a causal relationship between the gender of film festival management teams and the gender of the awarded film festivals. Nonetheless, it did find that certain aspects of the geographical location, and the longitude of existence of a film festival affects the female representation within the director and executives’

Since the beginning of the war in Croatia (1991-95) when the state media stimulated the production of popular music conveying appropriate narratives of national identity, Croatian popular music has been a site for the articulation of explicit national narratives of identity. The practice has continued into the present day, reflecting political and social change in Croatia (e.g. the growth of the war veterans lobby and protests against the Hague Tribunal).
