Travelling to

By train: the city centre station is Bristol Temple Meads. Buses 8, 9 and 72 go to the Centre from there. There are 4 stops and travel time is approximately 11-15 minutes.

By bus/coach: Bristol Bus and Coach Station terminal is located centrally on Marlborough Street. See National Express or Megabus websites for times and bookings.

If you are flying in to Bristol:

The Bristol International Flyer coach goes to the city centre from outside the Arrivals exit. You can book tickets online, from £8.00 single and £12.00 return: https://flyer.bristolairport.co.uk/

A taxi from the airport to the city centre starts from around £30.00.

It is in the Centre, so plenty of places to eat and drink. Recommended to ask for a quiet room away from the front of the building.)

Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel Redcliffe, Bristol BS1 6SQ Double rooms start from around £70.00 (Large hotel with indoor swimming pool, within easy walking distance of Temple Meads, large car park. It is a short walk to the centre for eating and drinking. A quieter place to stay as it isn’t on the main drag.)

Travelodge Bristol Central Anchor Road, Bristol BS1 5TT Double rooms start from around £70.00 (Limited parking available at resident rate for guests)

Best Western Victoria Square Hotel Victoria Square, Bristol, BS8 4EW Double rooms start from around £90.00 (Good reviews from visitors. In Clifton, a 30-minute walk uphill from the city centre. Limited parking available at resident rate)

Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel College Green, BS1 5TA Double rooms start from around £175.00 (Sometimes has online deals on rooms, has a swimming pool and is very central. Parking available at resident rate)
