• Largest private sector water maintenance contractor in NZ • Currently hold 11 maintenance contracts from Northland to Stewart Island and the • 150 staff across NZ • Provide 3 waters services to ¼ of NZ population

6 Quick History

• 1989, Boroughs amalgamated into Horowhenua DC – Bruce became Utilities Foreman • 1996/7, Works Infrastructure won the W&WW, Parks & Reserves and Roading contracts • 2000, W&WW contract re-won for a 5 year term – Bruce became Contract Manager • 2005, contract extended by 5 years • 2010, W&WW contract re-won along with OSM and FM contracts

• 6 waste water treatment plants • 5 water treatment plants • 141 km of sewer mains • 300 km of water mains • 60 pump stations • 12 storage reservoirs

• Complex operations over a large area, 1066 km2 • A 24/7 service to the community • NEC3 type contract • Quarterly KPI scoring which confirms additional capital works
