HYUN IL-CHOI: Last night Choi delivered one of the best outings by a in the Low-A West League. He came on to get the last TODAY out of the third inning, and he was perfect until a Jeremiah Jackson single in the top of the eighth inning with two outs. Fresno at Modesto, 7:05 PM KENDALL WILLIAMS: The Quakes will be going for their fourth win of the series today with Kendall Williams on the mound for the second time in this series. Williams went five innings in his last start, and allowed two runs on three hits back on Tuesday against the 66ers and earned his first win of the season. Kendall Williams was drafted in the second round of the 2019 MLB Draft by the CAL LEAGUE SCOREBOARD out of high school. The Dodgers acquired Williams in the deal that sent Ross Stripling north to Toronto. Williams is Yesterday looking for his second win of the season today. JACK DASHWOOD: The Inland Empire, with a win today, will force a 3-3 split of the six-game series and can pull within a game of the San Jose 6, Modesto 2 division-leading Quakes. Dashwood worked out of the bullpen in game one of this series back on Tuesday. Dashwood went three innings and Rancho Cucamonga 4, Inland Empire 3 allowed just a single hit while striking out three Quakes in that Tuesday appearance. The last time Dashwood was given a start, he took his lone Fresno 5, Visalia 3 loss of the season against the , who tallied five runs against Dashwood over three innings.
