Klaus Kukuk Kfz.- Sachverständiger 1.1 Auftragserteilung Gemäß Auftrag vom 25.07.2015 durch Herrn Max Mustermann, ist über das Fahrzeug Ferrari Dino 246 GTS, Fahrzeug-Ident.-Nr. 07123, ein Wertgutachten zu erstellen. 1.2 Vorbereitung Zur Vorbereitung wurde der Untersuchungsbericht von Herrn Matthias Bartz (Dino Compendium) zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieser Bericht wird dem vorliegenden Gutachten angelegt. 1.3 Untersuchungstermine Das nachstehend näher beschriebene Fahrzeug wurde zur Untersuchung bereitgestellt. Die erste Untersuchung fand statt am: Samstag, den 27.07.2015 bei: Autohaus Saggio GmbH Zamdorfer Str. 86 81677 München An der Untersuchung nahmen teil: Herr Antonio Ruggieri, Werkstattleiter, Autohaus Saggio GmbH Der Unterzeichner Gutachten - Nummer 1602121234 / Seite 3 Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Kukuk Kfz.- Sachverständiger Die zweite Untersuchung fand statt am: Mittwoch, den 29.07.2015 bei: Autohaus Saggio GmbH Zamdorfer Str. 86 81677 München An der Untersuchung nahmen teil: Herr Markus P. Linner, Autohaus Saggio GmbH Stud. Ing. Laura Kukuk, Ing.-Büro Klaus Kukuk Alle Teilnehmer blieben bis zum Abschluss sämtlicher Feststellungen an der Untersu- chungsstelle. Die unter Punkt 2 aufgeführten Daten wurden am Fahrzeug geprüft. Gutachten - Nummer 1602121234 / Seite 5 Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Kukuk Kfz.- Sachverständiger 2.2 Identitätsprüfung Die unter Punkt 2 angegebene Fahrzeug-Ident-Nr. wurde vom Typenschild des Fahr- zeugs und der Prägekennzeichnung abgelesen. Typenschild Bezüglich des Originalzustandes des geprüften Fahrzeugs - der beim Ausliefern des Fahrzeugs durch den Hersteller gegeben war - können die Ausführungen im Gutachten nicht rechtsverbindlich im Sinne von zugesicherten Eigenschaften sein. Sämtliche Angaben bezüglich der Originalität des geprüften Fahrzeugs beruhen auf den zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen. Gutachten - Nummer 1602121234 / Seite 6 Dipl.-Ing. Klaus Kukuk Kfz.- Sachverständiger Rahmenprägekennzeichnung 2.3 Ausstattungsvarianten Alu Felgen 6 ½ x 14 Cromodora (original), Lederlenkrad, 5 Gang Getriebe, beige (BEIGE VM3218) Lederausstattung, Teppich beige/braun. 3 Rahmen Das Untersuchungsfahrzeug ist mit einem Ovalrohrrahmen in Leiterstruktur ausgestat- tet. Der Rahmen des Fahrzeugs befindet sich noch im Originalzustand. Die Bodenplatte weißt kleine Beschädigungen aus, wurde jedoch noch nie vom Fahrzeug getrennt. Die sichtbaren Rahmenrohre weisen keine Durchrostungen aus, teilweise ist jedoch Flug- rost vorhanden. Das hintere linke Rahmen Querrohr ist leicht eingedrückt. Klaus Kukuk Kfz.- Sachverständiger 3.1 Rahmenzustand Der Rahmenzustand kann mit „2-“ bewertet werden. 4 Karosserie Die Karoserie befindet sich im Originalzustand und wurde 2011/12 in den USA neu la- ckiert. Großflächige Spachtelungen oder Lackschichten konnten nicht festgestellt wer- den. Einige GFK-Verkleidungen zeigen Risse aus, sind aber grundsätzlich noch in ei- nem guten Originalzustand.     Collector cars; childhood dream or sound investment opportunity? -hedonic regression analysis of the collector car market- [The main question of this study is whether collector cars can be considered as a viable investment opportunity. In order to answer that question, first this study tries to identify the relevant variables that determine sale prices of collector cars at auctions. Second, it creates a price index on collector cars through hedonic regression analysis on data from 1,200 cars sold on auction between 1996 and 2011. Ultimately it will compare the resulting collector car index with indices on other assets and look at the potential of collector cars to be part of investment portfolios to answer the main question. Namnet Daytona användes aldrig av Ferrari själva i officiella sammanhang. Den döptes så av media för att påminna om Ferraris seger i Daytona 24- timmars 1967. Bilen byggde på tekniken från företrädaren, med individuella hjulupphängningar runt om och transaxel, det vill säga växellådamonterad bak vid differentialen. Karossen byggdes av Scaglietti och hade motorhuv, baklucka och dörrar av aluminium för att hålla nere vikten. Ferrari Daytona ansågs allmänt vara Ferraris svar på succén Lamborghini Miura, som presenterades i Genève två år tidigare. Även om Daytonan var mer konservativt byggd med frontmotor, till skillnad från Miura som hade mittmonterad motor, var den med sin toppfart runt 280 km/h och toppklassiga vägegenskaper en av världens snabbaste bilar för landsvägsbruk. Ferrari Daytona efterträddes av den mittmotormonterade Berlinetta Boxer.

DEPKEN, II) This paper provides an econometric analysis of vintage Ferrari sales from automobile auctions between July 2002 and January 2016. Although Enzo Ferrari made race cars earlier, the first Ferrari badged car was produced in 1947. The “Enzo” era, was from 1947 to 1974; the cars built during these years were produced in substantially smaller numbers than the models in the years that followed. Enzo-era cars are generally in higher demand and are also considered to be more valuable than the models produced subsequently.     Ferrari p80/ c Continue The new Ferrari is conceived as a completely original interpretation of the Sports Prototype concept - it's the spirit of the last one-off Ferrari: P80/C. If that sounds like a challenge to create, it certainly is; but this is one that Ferrari Styling Centre, directed by Flavio Manzoni, combined with the Ferrari Engineering and Aerodynamics team, were interested in tackling. Working hand-in-hand with the car's client, they created a new one-off Hero Car with a unique soul. Here, in addition to the images of the car, you can follow the development of the car step by step, both through the drawings and video interviews of some Ferrari people who contributed to the birth of the P80/C. The short was to create a modern sports prototype inspired by some of the most iconic models in Ferrari history, such as the 330 P3/P4 and Dino 206 S 1960s - very radical cars in their time, and instant icons. Although conceived as a track car, their influence extends far beyond the racing circuit, inspiring a whole series of dramatically elegant road Ferraris. The P80/C project had the longest development period of any Ferrari one-off to date, and began work on it back in 2015. Why take so long? Because the team has made such a huge investment in research, both in terms of design and technology. Every element of performance and aerodynamics has been carefully analyzed, in a process that sets this car apart from previous Ferrari times. Such designs are usually stylistic interpretations of the current model in the Ferrari range.
