Costs

Attendance at the conference is free. Delegates must arrange and pay for their own travel and accommodation.

The icam Board has provided funds to support those delegates who would not be able to attend without financial support. Subsidies in the region of 200-250 Euros are available for up to five delegates. Subsidies will be paid in cash in Euros at the conference. If you wish to apply for a subsidy please email Rebecca Bailey, Chair of the icam Education Group, explaining why you need financial support, no later than 30 June 2011. Accommodation

Information on accommodation recommendations, and assistance with booking, will be circulated by MAXXI shortly. If you wish to arrange your own accommodation directly, you may find it helpful to be between or Piazzale Flaminio and the Flaminio district.
