Gorlier, Pietro Head of Parts and Service (Mopar) Chief Operating Officer, Components Pietro Gorlier was named Chief Operating Officer of the EMEA region in October 2018. Previously, Gorlier was appointed Chief Operating Officer, Components in May 2015, including retained responsibilities as Head of Parts and Service (Mopar).

Gorlier is also a member of the Group Executive Council (GEC) for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCA). The GEC is the highest management-level decision making body within the FCA organization and is led by the FCA Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Gorlier was appointed Head of Parts and Service (Mopar) FCA US LLC in June 2009. In that capacity, he has shared accountability with the brands, responsible for parts and services growth and delivery, and an integrated world class approach to customer support.

He previously served as head of Network Development, Owned Dealerships and Customer Service organizations at FCA Italy S.p.A., and CNH Global N.V.

Gorlier joined the Company in 1989 as a Market Analyst in Iveco and held various positions in Logistics, After Sales, and Customer Care.
