Un cop donada la informació la discussió es va plantejar de manera ordenada amb la finalitat d’aconseguir conclusions que serveixin per començar a treballar. El sistema escollit és una variant basada en el sistema de pensament creatiu de Edward de Bono anomenat “ Sis barrets per a pensar”. Reserva per AP-7 El document d’aprovació inicial del POUM recull les reserves per a la variant de la E-15 (AP-7) i diversos enllaços, d’acord amb planejament superior, En el primer cas, malgrat que la reserva pel trasllat de l’AP-7 no és competència del POUM, volem reiterar la proposta de IAEDEN-Salvem l’Empordà per tal que es reculli i traslladi al Departament de Territori i al Ministeri de Foment per a què adeqüin la planificació: - Desistiment del trasllat de l’AP-7 a l’oest de Vilafant i manteniment del traçat actual. - Desistiment de desdoblar la N-2 des de Vilademuls a la Jonquera. Manteniment de l’actual N-2 en tot aquest tram. - Desistiment de desdoblar la N-260 de Besalú a Figueres - Traçat conjunt de l’AP-7 i A-2 per l’actual traçat de l’AP-7. Gratuïtat de l’AP- 7 des de Vilademuls a la Jonquera. Entenem que no es justifica des del punt de vista de la sostenibilitat la transformació de més sòl per a noves infraestructures viàries.
