REGULATIONS

TEAM AREAs must be booked using the appropriate form, which must then be sent by email to: [email protected].

Booking requests must be sent by 11 October 2019 at the latest. Those who do not send the form within the deadline will be positioned within the area or in the zone opposite at the convenience of the organisation. The organisation reserves the right to accept or refuse bookings received after the deadline.

No PAYMENT is required to be within the TEAM AREA. Those who require more metres than those communicated in the form could be moved and required to wait while others are placed.

Each team is entitled to space for just one service vehicle of a maximum length of 8 linear metres (including any hinged door when open) and a tent of 6x3 metres.

There is no electricity or water supply in the TEAM AREA.

Water will nevertheless be available, free of charge for any requirement, in the specially dedicated areas: Bike wash or shower / toilet area.

The spaces for each team within the Service Park will be allocated by the Organising Committee and must be occupied no later than 10 am on Saturday 12 October 2019.

The TEAM AREA will be from 2 pm on Friday 11 October 2019 and will have the following opening hours:

- from 2 pm to 10 pm on Friday 11 October 2019;

- from 7 am to 10 pm on Saturday 12 October 2019;

We recommend that you do not leave items or equipment in sight in the TEAM AREA as it will not be supervised. The Organisation is exempt from any liability in case of theft or damage to vehicles or property. Placement within the area will be arranged at the discretion of the organization. By submitting this form I declare that the organization is released from liability of any kind and nature.

Please remember that the sale of products within the team area is forbidden.

SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR CAMPERS

Campers that have not reserved an overnight stay at our facilities (Il Ciocco Hotels and Chalets and Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa) can access the Il Ciocco Private Estate through the purchase of a "CAMPER" plaque at a cost of 20 euros (twenty euros) for the two days of the competition, which will also allow access to the team area without any service.

A special area in the immediate vicinity of the race course will be at the disposal of campers who have no reservations at our facilities. There is no electricity or water supply in this area.
