Teams accommodation Accommodation for athletes and persons who accompanied them must be paid by each team.
RACE DESCRIPTION RACE: The road races (stages 1, 3 and 4) and the time trials (stages 2 and 5) have very nice routes with perfect roads which are marked. You can find the detailed information on our website. You will also find GoPro videos of our routes.
The stages 2: = Bad Hall, 3: = Schwanenstadt and 4: = Gallspach each take place on circular courses with an identical start and finish.
The comprehensive detailed description is published in the road book in the form of a marching table. The roadbook will be given tot he participants when the starting documents are collected on Wednesday, May 20, 2020. In addition, mandatory information for participants is provited by the OK team and our UCI race director in the event hall oft he disabled village in Altenhof.

presentation ceremony: daily after each stage - schedule of the starting documents The class winners of each stage will be asked for the award ceremony. The first three places in each class will be invited to the overall award ceremony. Appreciation UAC-Tour: per class after time at each stage The winners oft he overall ranking (according to time) will be given the jersys oft the UAC-Tour. The winners oft he stages in Haag am Hausruck, Schwanenstadt and Gallspach each receive 15 bonus seconds fort he overall ranking. If there is a tie, the better time of the better time oft he last stage (time trial stage) decides

LOGISTICAL INFRASTRUCTURES
The event is organized by the stage communities of Gaspoltshofen, Geboltskirchen, Haag am Hausruck, Bad Hall, Schwanenstadt, Gallspach, Rainbach im Innkreis and Schärding, the tourism associations Vitalwelt, Bad Hall, Hausruckwald and Danube Tourism, the Leader Regions, the state of Upper Austria, as well as our sponsors.
The permanence (Stage 1) – The classifications are in the event hall of the disabled village in Altenhof. For the further stages, 2, 3, 4, and 5) you will find the information in the road book.
ACCREDITATIONS
Accreditation / Registration Centre The accreditation center is on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 in the event hall in the handicapped village of Altenhof from 2.p.m. The mandatory partipant presentation for all athletes and accompanying persons takes place at 4:00 p.m. in the event hall.
All team accreditations will need to be collected from the Accreditation Centre.
The accreditations will be available as per the official team lists only.

MEDIA ACCREDITATIONS All media wishing to participate in the event must be accredited in order to access the press room, press vehicle and the start / finish area. To request a press accreditation for the UCI Para-Cycling Cycling World Cup, you are required to apply for accreditation by writing to [email protected] indicating: ✓ Name and surname ✓ E-mail address ✓ Representing (name of medium) ✓ Kind of medium (e.g. newspaper, TV-channel, website) ✓ Parking space needed and car type
Press accreditations are to be reviewed by the official press officer and can therefore be refused. The press room will be located of Stages (1 – 5) near the finish line.
OFFICIAL TRAINING SESSIONS Official trainings are not provided by the local authorities; course is not closed.
RIDERS’ REGISTRATIONS The competition will take place under UCI regulations: http://www.uci.org
Registration takes place online on www.paracycling.at
Online registration begins on March 20, 2020 and ends on May 12, 2020. Registration for the UCI European Para-Cycling Circuit is only possible online on our website.
The registration fee for the UCI European Para-Cycling Circuit (Upper Austira Tour) is € 180,00 per participant. Refunds cannot be made. The online registration for each participant is completed when the payments have been received. One meal per stage is included in the regristration fee. The chip deposit of Eur 20,00 must be paid when collecting the start documents. The chip deposit will be refunded in the Permanence (last stage).
The registration fee must be transferred to the following bank account by May 12, 2020. Proof of payment per participant must be sent to [email protected].

INSURANCE
Each team is responsible for insuring its athletes. It is complusary that this covers: damage to property, personal injuries and /or health problems, third-party liabilities The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the material stored or for any loss.
MEDICAL
Medical care for entrants is the responsibility of the organiser during the event at the event site and within the confines of the race routes. However, any other costs incurred should there be illness or injury including patient transportation by either road or air as well as admission costs to emergency units / hospitals are the responsibility of the federation or the athlete.

Athletes are requested to come at the classification with their bicycle, cycling clothes and all adaptations. The detailed classification schedule will be published on the website www.paracycling.at) three weeks before the event.

DOPING CONTROLS

The athletes must go to the doping control area by their own means of transport, though they must be accompanied by a representative of the organisation who will take care of them in the arrival area.
VISA Each National Federation is responsible for obtaining the appropriate documentation for their delegation.
The following information and documents are required for each member of the delegation: name surname date and place of birth passport number UCI code function (i.e. athlete, coach, physiotherapist, etc.)
