THE LAURA PERSEY TRUST The Trust has again been active this year, supporting young people in traditional craft courses such as a series of cattle lameness and foot trimming courses, and also the Young Herdsman series of courses, hedge-laying, ball gown making, poultry trussing, first aid etc, supporting individual needs and grassland and sheep courses coming up amongst others.

We have decided to do an on-farm competition before the show and sale to give members the opportunity to still show and present their stock.
