It seems like cooking competitions are all the rage these days, and everyone is vying to get in on the action. So recently, Preston Hollow Life faced off against University Park Life for a lively night of friendly competitive cooking. A good time was had by all and the best part, both sides cooked up amazingly delicious dishes, savored by all the guests.

Here are the recipes from the Preston Hollow Life team… oil in a large non-stick pan, add green beans, thyme, salt, pepper and lemon juice; sauté 3 minutes and then add potatoes and cook Make all of the recipes for a complete dinner, or pick and choose 3 more minutes. Lemon-Chive Aioli • 1 large egg Olive Oil Oven Fried Chicken • 1 t finely grated lemon zest plus 1 T lemon juice • 8 chicken thighs, bone in skin on (you may substitute any cut • 1 t Dijon mustard and style of chicken, but the moistness will vary accordingly) • 2 garlic cloves • ½ cup olive oil of choice (I use an herb infused olive oil, but • 1 t water plain will work as well) • ¼ cup vegetable oil • salt and pepper • ¾ cup lemon olive oil • 2 T minced chives Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
