WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON IN TEXAS?

TONE-DEAF, WEAK REPRESENTATION... Texas' State Republican Rep. Kyle Biedermann les for secession from the United States, nearly at the same time that our Republican Governor called President for federal emergency assistance and funding due to a week long winter freeze.

Meanwhile, millions of Texans are without power and water for days as Republican Senator, 'Cancun' Ted Cruz, skips the country for a sunny vacation in Mexico; leaving behind not only his constituents, but his dog, Snowake to deal with life threatening conditions.

In addition to these current ofce-holding Texas Republican s, former Texas Governor Rick Perry, someone who may be partly responsible for Texas' inadequate decades-long energy mismanagement system, proclaimed: “Texans would be without electricity for longer than three days to keep the federal government out of their business”

CANDIDATES SET FOR MAY 1ST LOCAL ELECTIONS IN NEW BRAUNFELS

Last day to register to vote and make changes to your voter registration information (change of address, name, etc.) is Thursday, April 1. Early voting begins Monday, April 19 and ends Tuesday, April 27. Election Day is May 1st.

Volunteers are encouraged to commit to helping in as many ways as possible in these very important local elections. VOLUNTEER DEPUTY REGISTRAR TRAINING at COMAL COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICE during month of March, 2021

Get Trained NOW to be a Volunteer Deputy Registrar. SIGN UP to attend a required training class. Classes for March 2021 will be held on March 2, 4, 9, 11, 16 at 10 a.m. at the Comal County Elections Ofce, 396 N. Seguin, New Braunfels. DUE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING THE CLASSES WILL BE LIMITED TO TEN (10) PER SESSION.
