Le répertoire sur fiches par matières, qui se trouve en salle de lecture, reste utilisable. Nous y avons réintégré les fiches qui ont servi à l'élaboration du présent inventaire provisoire. Province de Namur 7 Contenu et structure Contenu et structure Etat de l'inventoriage avant 1990 ETAT DE L'INVENTORIAGE AVANT 1990 Les archives de l'Administration provinciale de Namur, qui ont été versées aux Archives de l'Etat à Namur, couvrent la période 1830 - circa 1950 et totalisent environ 1.100 mètres. Ce fonds est en cours de classement depuis plus de 45 ans et plus d'une dizaine de personnes y ont contribué, ce qui pose fatalement un problème d'uniformité. Il se présentait de la manière suivante en octobre 1989 : La plus grande partie du fonds, constituée de dossiers ou de parties de dossier, a fait l'objet d'un répertoire sommaire par matières, avec mention éventuelle de dates, établi sur fiches manuscrites (une fiche et un numéro par portefeuille), soit : nos 1 - 4423 (4423 portefeuilles) nos 10.000 - 11.400 (1401 portefeuilles) nos 20.000 - 20.405 (406 portefeuilles) nos 25.000 - 25.199 (200 portefeuilles) Au total, 6.530 portefeuilles (env. 950 m.). La numérotation attribuée est discontinue afin de permettre d'insérer éventuellement des portefeuilles supplémentaires. Les fiches de ce répertoire sommaire, conservé à la salle de lecture, sont regroupées sous une série de grandes rubriques qui figurent dans les Exposés de la situation administrative de la Province de Namur : Population - État

When exercising the right to lodge a complaint against the EIB, any member of the public has access to a two-tier procedure, one internal — the Complaints Mechanism Division (EIB-CM) — and one external — the European Ombudsman (EO). Complainants that are not satisfied with the EIB-CM’s reply have the opportunity to submit a confirmatory complaint within 15 days of receipt of that reply. EDITORIAL “Under the leadership of his command, Captain- Commander Lentrée has opposed the enemy attacks with a valiant defense, in which the garrison showed bravery and firmness. The fortified structure only fell after the complete destruction of all its cupolas by enemy artillery”. Fort of Saint Héribet, Province of Namur, 1919 (Citation in the Order of the Army). The First World War has left traces of violence and 3 suffering, but also of support and solidarity, and it left a long-lasting imprint in History. The traces of the conflict across the province, though often overlooked, are very present. Cemeteries, forts, headstones, memorials, street names or places invite the visitor, regardless of age or nationality, to get back into history, to touch the names of victims engraved in marble and set in stone with his fingers. Through this contribution, the Province of Namur and its Tourism Federation want to commemorate this part of history that is becoming eroded by time. The making of this guide is part of the numerous regional, local, provincial, and federal projects that will emerge in the commemoration events from 2014 to 2018, as as many actions against oblivion: exhibitions, shows, activities for the youth, educational trips, etc. In decades to come, the memory of those, known and unknown, who died for peace, will be honored.
