OFFICIAL RULES TOYOTA GUESS AND GO PLACES CONTEST (Western Conference Playoffs Round 1)

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 2. ELIGIBILITY. The Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest (the “Contest”) is open to persons 18 years of age or older who reside in Oregon or Western Washington, except employees (former and current), agents, successors and assignees of Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (“TMS”), the Pacific Northwest Toyota Dealers Association (“TDA“), Trail Blazers Inc. (“TBI” or “Sponsor”), Rip City Management LLC, the National Basketball Association (“NBA”) and its member teams, NBA Properties Inc., and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the family members, agents, successors or assigns of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible for entry. 3. CONTEST; ENTRY. The Contest will begin on May 27, 2021 and will end at 11:59 p.m. PT on the date of the last playoff game played by the Trail Blazers during Round 1 of the Western Conference Playoffs, which in no event will be earlier than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 1, 2021 and in no event later than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 5, 2021 (the “Entry Period”). The Contest is based on persons submitting a guess as to the exact quantity of basketballs that are contained in a 2021 Toyota Venza XLE. To submit an official entry in the Contest, eligible persons will need to go to the Trail Blazers “Contests” page at www.trailblazers.com and click on the link to the Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest (or use https://www.nba.com/blazers/contests). Follow the instructions to submit your guess as to the quantity of basketballs that are contained in the featured 2021 Toyota Venza XLE (pictured in the official Contest advertisements, on display within the Moda Center arena, or official Contest images which can be viewed online at https://www.nba.com/blazers/contests or at a TDA dealership). You must provide a quantity of basketballs, and complete all required contact information to submit an official entry in the Contest. By entering online, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms of Use of the website, including the Privacy Policy. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PT on the date of the final game that the Trail Blazers play during Round 1 of the Western Conference Playoffs, which in no event will be earlier than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 1, 2021 and in no event later than 11:59 p.m. PT on June 5, 2021. LIMIT OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON IN THE CONTEST. No mechanical reproductions permitted. In the event of a dispute, all electronic entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the electronic account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such electronic account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning such electronic account. Any questions regarding the owner of an electronic account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole, reasonable discretion. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries, or for failure to receive any entry, whether originating with entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event any aspect of the Contest is compromised by non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. 4. PRIZE; ODDS. Within two (2) days after the date of conclusion of the Entry Period (as specifically defined above) the three (3) entrants who submitted a guess/entry that is the closest to or actual quantity of basketballs contained in the 2021 Toyota Venza XLE will be considered as the potential winners. If there is a tie among two or more entrants’ guesses for the top three (3) closest quantities, then Sponsor will do a random drawing from among the tied entrants to determine the respective three (3) winners. There are a total of three (3) prizes available to be awarded in the Contest. After confirmation of eligibility and verification by Sponsor, the confirmed winners will be provided with one (1) autographed Damian Lillard jersey (exact jersey style to be determined at time of award). Approximate retail value of prize is $140. Prizes have no cash value. ARV of autographed merchandise is based on the unautographed value as the ARV of hand- signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured NBA player and their respective then-current market value at the time such prize is awarded. The difference between the stated ARV and the actual ARV at the time of award will not be provided in any manner to any winner. No substitutions allowed, except that each prize is subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each winner agrees that their respective prize and/or any portion thereof awarded is personal to such winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. A violation of these restrictions shall revoke winner’s license, and the prize will not be honored.

Page 1 of 3 Odds of winning a prize will depend on the total number of entries and the number of entries that guess the exact quantity of basketballs in the 2021 Venza XLE correctly or guess the closest to the exact quantity of basketballs in the 2021 Venza XLE during the Entry Period. 5. ENTRANT/WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE. Each potential winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail as provided in the method of entry within two (2) business days following the determination of the potential Contest winners as provided in Section 4 above. If TBI is unable to reach a potential winner in a timely manner (as determined by TBI in its reasonable discretion) or if notification is returned as undeliverable the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. In the event contact with a potential winner is not confirmed within three (3) business days, or if a potential winner declines the prize, another potential winner will be selected. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable to any other person including family or friends. Any potential winner may waive their right to receive a prize. Each entrant is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any federal, state, local, and municipal taxes on any prize and for payment of all expenses associated with the Contest and/or acceptance of a prize, such as, but not limited to, transportation and parking. Each winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign and return the affidavit, release or other required documents, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in disqualification and the forfeiture of such person’s interest in the prize. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes the entrant’s consent to the publication, dissemination and use of his or her name, photograph, image, likeness and voice by TBI, TDA, their respective designees, the NBA and its member teams, and/or NBA Properties, Inc., in any media at any time for any purpose without any additional compensation to, permission from or inspection by such entrant. Each potential winner agrees to execute all necessary and requested documents as requested by Sponsor and agrees to provide a copy of a government issued identification card containing a photo of the entrant/winner. 6. ENTRANT/WINNER RELEASES. By entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, each entrant releases Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc., the Pacific Northwest Toyota Dealers Association, Trail Blazers Inc., Rip City Management LLC, the NBA and its member teams, NBA Properties Inc., and each of their respective affiliated companies, and subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, any claim, cost, injury, loss or damage related to any personal injury, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, right of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light). By participating and/or accepting a prize, each entrant/winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules for the Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest and the decisions of Sponsor. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award any prize based on the entries received before the termination date. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By entering the Contest and/or accepting a prize, each entrant/winner agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claim, judgment or award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant/winner be permitted to obtain any award for, and each entrant/winner hereby waives any and all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses. 8. CONSTRUCTION. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant/winner and/or Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Oregon, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Oregon. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. Each entrant/winner agrees that should any dispute arise between such entrant and Sponsor, such dispute must be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue for such arbitration shall be Portland, Oregon. 9. SPONSOR. The Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest is sponsored by Trail Blazers Inc. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the selection of any entrant/winner and any other aspect of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for any typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in any other materials relating to the Contest. The Contest is administered by Trail Blazers Inc. whose office is located at One Center Court, Suite 200, Portland, OR 97227. The Contest is not sponsored nor administered by TDA or Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc.

Page 2 of 3 By participating in the Contest and submitting an entry, each participant acknowledges and agrees that such person is voluntarily providing contact information to Sponsor, which includes such participant’s consent for each Sponsor to provide such information to any of its respective promotional sponsors, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, or designees for any purpose, and accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms, conditions and provisions contained in these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which decisions will be final in all regards. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or update these Official Rules without notice at any time during the Promotion as may be deemed necessary or required, as determined in each of their sole and reasonable discretion. 10. QUESTIONS/WINNERS LIST. For timely answers to any questions regarding the Contest please send an email to the Trail Blazers business office at https://www.nba.com/blazers/contact-us, using the subject “Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest Questions,” and provide your name, phone number, and your question relating to the Contest; emails must be received within two (2) days prior to the end of the stated Entry Period (as defined in Section 3 above) to allow for the answer to be provided in time for submitting an entry in the Contest. For the names of the winners (available after June 5, 2021), please send your request postage paid, including a self- addressed stamped envelope, to: Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest Winners List, One Center Court, Suite 200, Portland, OR 97227; or you can send an email to the Trail Blazers business office at https://www.nba.com/blazers/contact- us, using the subject Toyota Guess and Go Places Contest Winners List Request. All requests for the names of the winners must be received by June 30, 2021.
