KISS Announced That They Will Launch Their Final Tour Ever in 2019, Appropriately Named END of the ROAD END OF THE ROAD WORLD TOUR Approved Band Art: HERE View Tour Trailer: HERE (October 29, 2018, Los Angeles, CA) – After an epic and storied 45 year career that launched an era of rock n roll legends, KISS announced that they will launch their final tour ever in 2019, appropriately named END OF THE ROAD. The initial announcement was made a month ago on NBC’s America’s Got Talent which sent the internet into overdrive with fans hoping their city would get one final KISS show. The band announced today the first set of dates and cities in North America, produced by Live Nation. International markets were also announced simultaneously today. Tour itinerary detailed below; KISS will be offering VIP experiences and special KISS Army fan presales. KISS Meet & Greet Experiences will be available beginning Tuesday, October 30th at 10am local time through kissonline.com. KISS Army fan club presales will begin Wednesday October 31st at 10 am local time also through www.kissonline.com. Citi is the official presale credit card for the End of the Road World Tour. Project Description 3.1 PROJECT LOCATION Honda Center is located at 2695 East Katella Avenue, in the south-central portion City of Anaheim (see Figure 3-1, Regional Location) within the Platinum Triangle. Honda Center and its adjacent surface parking lots are bound on the north by Stanley Cup Way and the Union Pacific Railroad, to the east by the Santa Ana River, to the south by Katella Avenue and to the west by State Route 57 (SR-57) freeway (see Figure 3-2, Local Vicinity). Honda Center is less than a half mile northeast of Angel Stadium of Anaheim and the existing Anaheim Amtrak/Metrolink Station and the future Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) and Anaheim Rapid Connection (ARC). In addition to these venues and transit facilities, the Platinum Triangle encompasses the City National Grove of Anaheim, residential and mixed use development, light industrial buildings, industrial parks, distribution facilities, offices, hotels, restaurants, and retail development. Auxiliary Organization Event Center Revenue Bonds, Auxiliary Organization Event Center Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Senior Series 2002 Subordinate Series 2002 Dated: January 15, 2002 Due: July 1, as shown on inside front cover The CaliforniaState University, Fresno Association, Inc. Auxiliary Organization Event Center Revenue Bonds, Senior Series 2002 and the California State University, Fresno Association, Inc. Auxiliary Organization Event Center Subordinate Revenue Bonds, Subordinate Series 2002 will be issued pursuant to an Indenture dated as of January 15, 2002 by and between the California State University, Fresno Association, Inc., a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, and U.S. Bank, N.A., as trustee. The Series 2002 Bonds will mature on the dates and in the amounts listed on the inside front cover page. The Series 2002 Bonds will bear interest at the rates listed on the inside front cover page, payable on July 1, 2002 and on each January 1 and July 1 thereafter. Proceeds of the Series 2002 Bonds will be used to (i) finance the construction of a multi-purpose event center on the campus of the California State University, Fresno, to be known as "Save Mart Center," (ii) fund capitalized interest on the Series 2002 Bonds, (iii) fund reserve accounts and (iv) pay the costs of issuing the Series 2002 Bonds. The Series 2002 Bonds are limited obligations of the Corporation secured by the Event Center Project Revenues, and the Corporation's interest in a Ground Lease, the Bulldog Foundation MOU, the Student Seating Purchase Agreement and certain Project Documents, as described herein.
