CAN I CANCEL A TICKET AFTER PURCHASE?

Unfortunately we can’t issue refunds on purchased tickets. You are welcome to sell your ticket to a friend if you are no longer able to make it. 3. GETTING TO THE FESTIVAL

3.1 TRAVEL BY COACH

We’ve partnered up with Tuned In Travel to provide coach travel to this year’s festival.

Te coaches will arrive at the Festival Site Car Park and will also depart from here for the return journey.

3.2 TRAVEL BY TRAIN

Te nearest train station to the festival site is Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

How can I get from the station to the festival site? 3.3 SHUTTLE SERVICE

Tere will be a Festival Shuttle service in operation between Huntingdon Train Station and the Festival Site on:

To the Site: Tursday 19th August 11:00 - 12:59 (approx every 30 minutes) 13:00 - 17:59 (approx every 15 minutes) 18:00 - 21:00 (approx every 30 minutes) Friday 20th August 10:00 - 20:00 (one coach every 30 minutes)

From Site: Monday 23rd August 08:00 - 15:00 (approx every 10 minutes)

You will need to book your Shuttle Tickets in advance Te shuttles will do two drop-ofs; one for those with general admission and one for those who have purchased Boutique Camping.

All those travelling to Boutique camping and wanting to use the train station shuttle need to buy a shuttle ticket and then transfer to an internal minibus round to the bou- tique entrance when they arrive to site.

3.4 TAXIS

Taxis from the station should cost around £12, which you can share with your group and/or with any fellow attendees you meet on the train. Some of the local tried and tested taxi frm numbers are:

3.5 CAR PARKING

Car Parking - £25 on site (cash only)

You can buy a parking pass in advance on the ticket page. Make sure to book the ap- propriate parking for the campsite you intend to stay in!

3.6 CAMPER VANS

You will have to purchase a ‘Live-in Vehicle’ pitch per vehicle, in addition to Festival Tickets. Tese are now sold out.

3.7 CYCLING If you are cycling to the site there is a bike lock up point situated onsite. Although security are stationed within the vicinity, bikes are left at owners risk, please bring double locks for your bikes, just as you would elsewhere. 4. SITE ACCESS

4.2 BOX OFFICE OPENING TIMES

4.3 RE-ADMISSION

Re-admission is not 24hrs a day. You can leave site at any time but you will only be allowed back in between the hours of 10:00 and 22:00 each day. Tere is no re- admittance after 22:00 each night. As per our Covid policy: Re-entry Covid policy:

• Once you upload your test results, your negative Lateral Flow Test confrmation (text or email) will be valid for festival entry for 48 hours. • If you are re-entering the festival site you will need to ensure you have valid certifcation. • You may need to do an additional test if your confrmation expires past 48 hours 5. CAMPING AND ACCOMMODATION 5.1 CAMPING - WEEKEND TICKET HOLDERS

Camping is free of charge to all weekend ticket holders

5.2 BRING YOUR OWN TENT

Tere’s no size limit on tents for festival goers with general camping

5.3 BOUTIQUE CAMPING

We ofer a wide range of boutique camping options at We Out Here. All are now sold out.

5.4 SHOWERS

Tere will be showers available in the campsites for all festival goers. Remember your own towels and toiletries!

5.5 BBQ’s & BONFIRES ARE PROHIBITED

BBQ’s and Camp fres are prohibited at We Out Here for safety reasons. Small camp- ing stoves are okay to bring and use

5.6 GAZEBOS

Please don’t bring gazebos

5.7 SOUND SYSTEMS

Please think about your fellow campers and keep noise to a minimum, please don’t bring sound systems, there will be plenty of music over the weekend!

5.8 OFF-SITE ACCOMMODATION

You are welcome to stay of site, however please note you can leave site at any time but you will only be allowed back in between 10:00 and 22:00 each day. No re-admit- tance after 22:00. Please make sure you have a valid Lateral Flow Test confrmation on entry (these last for 48 hours only). 6. ACCESSIBILITY We Out Here strives to be a festival that welcomes everyone. We are happy to be working with Attitude is Everything to help make the show as accessible as possible for all guests, whatever their requirements.

We ofer facilities for accessibility guests across the campsite and arena, and have detailed these below. Please email us for any further information you require in advance of the festival on [email protected]. On-site, you can drop in to chat to our helpful and friendly team at the Info Point on-site.

SITE ACCESS

We Out Here is held at Abbots Ripton, Cambridgeshire. Te site is a farmland site with varying topography and ground conditions so an all-terrain wheelchair or pushchair will be required.

All routes in and out of venues, campsites, and various areas of the site will be wide enough for wheelchair access, however there are areas of the site with limited access due to slopes and rough ground. Stewards will be available to assist as far as possible.

We are predominantly an open-air event and weather conditions can dramatically afect the ground conditions, so make sure to check the forecast ahead and consider preparations you may need to make and any extra equipment that may be necessary.

Access to site will be via the accessibility parking – arrange for complimentary car parking via [email protected]

Accessibility parking will be next to accessible camping and check in with an easy route into the festival for all accessible customers. If you are being dropped of, the accessible car park will also act as a drop of point for customer wishing to check in via accessible check-in.

Signs and stafng will direct you to the right place.

We will have a 24 hour welfare and medical team available to support all customer needs. Tere will be a fridge available in the medical tent to keep any medication cool for the duration of the festival.

Tere will be accessible toilets available across the site. Please visit either the Campsite Hub or the Info Point where you can pay a deposit to sign out a RADAR key for the duration of the festival if you don’t have one of your own.

Approved assistance dogs will be permitted into the site, provided appropriate certifcation from the owner. Please email us for more information.

Lowered bars, with large-print menus will be in place.

Free drinking water will be available across site from designated water points.

Seating is available in diferent areas across the site.

Whilst the site ofers plenty of open spaces, it is important to note that crowds may build up in certain areas. For those with mental health, emotional or sensory issues, the sounds, lights, smells and crowds of a festival have the potential to be difcult. Spaces such as Welfare, Info Point or the Accessible Campsite are available as respite.

Festival staf will be available to assist.

Minimising the environmental impact of We Out Here is a core focus for the whole team. Please help us keep the land beautiful and this event sustainable with the following guidelines:

• We have partnered with TunedInTravel- a carbon neutral coach company. Please consider this and other public transport options before driving. Customer travel has the largest impact on the event’s carbon emissions. If public transport isn’t a viable option we encourage festival-goers to arrange car-pools where possible

• If you plan on driving and have any spare seats to ofer out, or if you are looking to jump in a fellow festival goer’s spare seat, please register for an account with Lift Share for easy, organised car-pooling

• Please bring a reusable bottle to be reflled at available water stations on site. At We Out Here we have a no single use plastics and no glass policy; reusable metal bottles will be on sale at our merchandise stands and on site bars will stock water in aluminium cans

• Please do not bring glitter to the site with you. It’s always great to sparkle at festivals but not at the cost of micro plastic damage to our oceans and wider environment. Alternative aluminium and plant cellulose based eco glitters will be available from select traders and the merchandise stall

• Each year over £1 million of camping supplies were left at UK festivals. We can’t let these items go to waste again. Tat’s why Help Refugees has assembled a team of 200 volunteers to salvage leftover supplies at We Out Here, taking them to displaced people across Europe. Please help keep the site cleanup as easy as possible by doing your part in leaving no trace and avoiding the use of single use camping gear or pop- up tents as they are difcult to recycle once you are done with them after the weekend

• Pack thoughtfully before your journey; consider excess packaging and minimise what you bring - leaving anything you don’t need at home - in order to reduce waste and make leaving no trace easier for everyone.

In addition to the care and action taken by attendees, the team at We Out Festival will also be doing our bit:

• Our permanent on-site stages and infrastructure means we are minimising the amount of transport and generator power for staging and large tent structures

• Danley sound systems are some of the greenest sound systems available, taking up approximately ¼ of trucking space and power requirements (vs. standard line array systems) due to their efciency. Danley speakers also maximise use of both recycled materials and rare earth materials in manufacturing • Our waste management partner Greenbox, will be doing their bit too: – By keeping the site setup environmentally sustainable with bins for both waste and recycling and a skip for general waste buildup – Food confscation points between campsite and arena – Bins with clear between the campsite and main arena for confscated materials/waste and recycling bins on site for biodegradables and recyclables – Clear signage for recycling and waste bins to help customers sort their waste appropriately – Running litter pick/cleanups throughout the weekend – Cardboard, waste and recycling sacks provided to all traders who are responsible for their pitches – Similar sacks for all bars along with additional sacks for glass

• We will be holding our food and drink concessions to the same standards with reusable cups used across all bars on site. No straws, plastic cutlery, polystyrene or any other single use plastics will be permitted on site in any capacity

• Our bars and concessions will ofer a number of vegan and other products chosen for their sustainability

• Power across the festival site will be provided by hybrid generator systems to reduce the use of diesel

• We Out Here have partnered with Greenpeace who will be present on site promoting environmentally sustainable living, and educating festival goers on the important work they do around the world

• Our storage and device charging provider Charge and Store ofset all their carbon emissions through Energy Revolution which you can do too. Tey will also be using an eco friendly 1x16amp power supply for all charging, and the provision of reconditioned portable volt chargers will help combat the environmental impact of battery production, usage and waste 8. TICKETING AND FESTIVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

8.1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customers are required to meet the conditions of entry in order to gain access to the event

Conditions of entry are listed as: • No ID, no entry • Valid Ticket • Only acceptable I.D must be a CURRENT version of one of the following: – Passport – Photocard driving licence for UK and Northern Ireland (Full or provisional) – Pass card with hologram – Armed Forces/NHS Identifcation cards • Screen shots of any form of ID will NOT be accepted • We Out Here Limited operate the challenge 25 policy • Under 18s must be accompanied by the adult (18+) that the ticket was purchased with • Admission is subject to search • Possession of Category A prohibited items will result in the item(s) being seized and may result in admission refusal • Category B prohibited items are not permitted inside the festival gates and can be surrendered into amnesty bins or kept in a vehicle or locker during the festival • Unauthorised professional photography, audio and video is strictly prohibited • We Out Here Limited are not liable for damages, losses or injuries sustained at the festival • For any re-entry, access will only be granted the following day via the pass-out system. Full search will take place upon re-entry. Personal allowances of alcohol are only permitted upon frst entry • Anyone heavily intoxicated by means of drugs or alcohol will be entry • Tickets are sold on the understanding that the event is subject to license from the appropriate authorities • Te promoter, or their agents, reserve the right to refuse admission • Te promoter, or their agents, reserve the right to enforce eviction from the festival site

In addition to what is outlined within this document, it is acknowledged that there may be unforeseen circumstances that may lead to the refusal of entry. Tis would be determined by SB Security Solutions and festival management.

Customers refused entry will be provided with a Duty of Care leafet to detail options for onward travel and will be recorded as a refusal of entry within the Security Log.If the customer is refused entry twice, they will be evicted from the site. If the customer is under 18, security will request Welfare attendance and Welfare will manage the situation and ensure the under 18 leaves the site safely. 9. PROHIBITED ITEMS AND SURRENDER PROCESS 9.1 CATEGORY A - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Defnition: If the item is deemed to have the potential to cause damage or harm, or is illegal, then the item will be non-returnable. Security Management will use their discretion.

• If the item does not raise cause for concern – It will be placed within the secure surrender bins and handed to Cambridgeshire Constabulary at the end of the event

• If the item does raise cause for concern, or is illegal – Te person will be refused entry to site – Te item will be bagged and tagged and the category and person’s full details and profle will be recorded. Any items bagged and tagged in category A will be kept in a secure location. – Te police may be notifed (as advised by Cambridgeshire Constabulary)

Category A prohibited items are listed as but not limited to: • Illegal drugs, including Nitrous Oxide • ‘Legal highs’, ‘research chemicals’, ‘novel psychoactive substances’, ‘NPS’, ‘designer drugs’ or ‘herbal highs’ • Weapons • Any item which may reasonably be considered as a weapon • Fraudulently created or stolen I.D

9.2 CATEGORY B - RETURNABLE ITEMS

Defnition If the item is not deemed to have the potential to cause damage or harm and is legal but is on the prohibited items list, the item will be deemed as returnable. Te following options will be presented for returnable items: • Te item can be returned to the owner’s vehicle in the car park • Te item can be surrendered into the secure surrender bins • Te item can be placed in a chargeable locker for the duration of the festival Category B prohibited items are listed as but not limited to: • Whipped cream dispensers, CO2 220g permitted (TBC) dispensers • Gazebos, awnings, temporary • Open bottles fencing or tented structures • Glass bottles or vessels • Alcohol above the personal • Spray paints/Aerosols over 250ml allowance • Generators • Flares, bangers, freworks, sparklers, • Personal soundsystems fre poi, chinese lanterns and naked • Animals (except for approved fames inc. tea lights assistance dogs) • Megaphones • Portable Laser Equipment or Laser • Hi Vis Jackets Pens • Drone • Professional audio, audio-visual, flm, or video recording information • Barbeques • Gas powered cooking stoves over 9.3 PERSONAL ALLOWANCE OF ALCOHOL

Note that the personal allowance for alcohol is 12 cans of beer/ lager / cider OR 2 (plastic) bottles of wine per person (or a box of wine).

No spirits are allowed. Sealed drinks, like bottles of water, are allowed but will be checked on entry to the site. Tere is no set limit on soft drinks or food

We Out Here Limited, or their agent, reserve the right to the confscation of any prohibited item found within the possession of any ticket holder, guest, staf, trader, or artist.

Should the individual in possession of a prohibited item refuse to surrender the item to the surrender bins, return it to their vehicle or have it confscated (item-dependant), We Out Here Limited reserve the right to refuse admission to the event.

Customers refused entry will be provided with a Duty of Care leafet to detail options for their onwards journey. 10. WELFARE

Our experienced team of welfare staf are here to ofer you a safe haven during the festival. If you have lost your things, need a cup of tea, had a bit too much alcohol or just need someone to chat to, the welfare tent is there to help and provides you with a quiet area when you need it.

If you need any emergency supplies chat to our team and they will see how they can help!

All our welfare staf are non-judgmental and discreet, will bring good vibes and make sure you are back enjoying the festival in no time.

Te welfare team are trained in child safeguarding too and can ofer a safe place for children and parents if they feel uncomfortable at any point. Tey can also ofer helpful information on request on issues such as protection of children’s hearing, keeping your child safe at event and other useful guidance if you are unsure of anything.

10.1 UNDER 18s

Adult: Age 18+ Under 18: Teen: Age 15 - 17 Child: Age 14 and under

All of our staf that are involved with child/youth safeguarding have a recent DBS check.

Adults responsible for under 18s are encouraged to stay with them and monitor their activities.

Any Youth or Children (14 and under) enjoying the kids area should be supervised by their designated responsible adult. Tis area is not designed as a crèche or child-minding service.

Youth or teens (Aged 10+) may participate in activities for teens without a responsible adult present unless the activity/workshop leader requires adult supervision. 10.2 MISSING UNDER 18s

If you are responsible for an under 18 that is missing please immediately report this to the nearest steward or security staf. Tere are festival protocols to ensure under 18s are found quickly and any found under 18s are safeguarded in a separate area of the festival.

Please note the welfare team will not hand over any child to an intoxicated parent or guardian, so please keep an eye on your little ones at all times!

10.3 UNDER 18s and ALCOHOL

Te outlets for alcohol sales on site are all managed by experienced staf that are aware of the necessity to sell alcohol responsibly. All bars will look for wristbands when selling alcohol and not sell to anyone wearing an under 18 wristband. However, they will not rely on wristbands alone to determine the age of someone.

A “Challenge 25” system will be in place and bar staf will ask for photo ID for anyone looking under 25 to back up the wristband system.

Te festival will discourage the presence of drugs. Security measures are in place to stop drugs from coming onto site and for dealing with any drug holders that may be found. Should Security personnel notice alcohol in the hands of someone wearing an under 18 wristband, the drink shall beconfscated and poured away

10.4 SMOKING

No Smoking or Vaping inside any structure onsite is allowed. Including but not limited to cabins, marquees, big tops, campsite tents

10.5 INFORMATION TENT

Tere will be a customer information point open from 10:00 - 20:00 daily to answer any questions and distribute information

10.6 LOCKERS

Tere will be provision of chargeable lockers inside and outside the festival 11. SAFETY & WELFARE

11.1 WELFARE TENT

A welfare tent will be available for all customers, 24 hours between Tursday and Sunday. Our welfare team are happy to help with any issues from providing suncream and a cup of tea to aiding in fnding your lost child, and have a huge amount of experience in dealing with a wide range of issue.

11.2 PERSONAL SAFETY

Festivals are often places that you push yourself to your limits. Make sure you wear suncream and keep hydrated. Make sure you have a plan that all your friends know about in case you get lost at any point. Tere is a meeting point near to the info point to help you fnd your friends if you run out of phone battery. Please don’t bring your valuables to the festival, if you don’t need it, don’t bring it! If at any point during the festival you feel unsafe for whatever reason, please report this to security who will aid you in the best way they can.

11.3 DRUGS POLICY

We Out Here operates a zero tolerance drugs policy

11.4 WHEN TO CALL 999?

If you or someone you can see is in serious danger, their life is at risk or you are currently witnessing a crime that is not being dealt with by a member of staf, call 999. If you do so and following this a member of the festival team is also made aware of the incident please ensure they know you have called 999 so that we do not call them again! Otherwise please make our stewards, security or any staf member aware of the issue and it will be reported to our internal emergency system.

11.5 SWIMMING HOURS

We are lucky enough to have 2 beautiful swimming lakes on-site for those who’d like to take part in some fresh water swimming.

Qualifed lifeguards will oversee all water-based activities during the swimming times of 09:00 – 20:00 daily (except from Tursday, which will be 13:00)

If you’re not a strong swimmer, bring armbands and have a chat with the lifeguards before getting in the water.

Found at the info point and is available until 14:00 on Monday 23rd August. Any items not claimed before close at 14:00 will be available to redeem by emailing [email protected] within 14 days of the event. Whilst We Out Here Limited endeavor the safe keeping of any lost property item(s), we hold no responsibility for any loss or damage to the item(s). 12. 12.3 Don’t Be A Creep At We Out Here festival the safety and wellbeing of our guests has always been a top priority - this year more than ever before. For the second time we’ve teamed up with Don’t Be A Creep to bring these values to life through a creative safe space campaign. Keep an eye out for their billboard on site, along with the GUARDIAN ANGELS welcome committee who will be distributing postcards with more information upon arrival.

12.4 Sleep Pods

A Sleep Pod is a one person shelter that has been designed and manufactured by volunteers for any person that sleeps underneath the stars, for whatever reason, in the UK or throughout Europe. Te amazing Sleep Pod team will be at We Out Here Festival 2021 and will be asking you to volunteer your time at one of their workshops and help make a diference for those who urgently need it.
