At Aquacomet, we consider it a gratifying mission to provide our services with the fullest support to interested individuals and to the pool equipment companies working with us. Our company has been manufacturing fiberglass reinforced composite pools using state-of-the-art materials and cutting-edge technologies for nearly 20 years.

Besides the pool shells, our delivery program includes supply of all applied hardware components required for construction, from mechanical parts to auxiliary products recommended for economical operation.

Under factory conditions, we offer to cut apertures in the pool walls to connect inlet/outlet ducts and pipes, but upon request we can also deliver pre- assembled and piped pools to the installation site.

Our professional trainings are available all year round. Our mission also extends to keeping our partners informed in a timely manner of any novelties and the latest technologies that they might find useful during construction and installation. State-of-the-Art Production Technology Quality Control and Credible Warranty

Fiberglass composite pools are made with a neg- ative/positive production technique for which the production tools are designed and manufactured by our company. High-quality production requires high-accuracy tools with a perfect surface finish. The wall structure is constructed layer by layer in heated, pressurized cabins by a digitally controlled cutting-edge dispersion technology. The technical and technological implementation of our pools is based on decades of scientific results from raw material manufacturers and exact measurements of research laboratories.

Samples taken from the wall structures have been individually tested and archived ever since we com- menced pool-manufacturing. Test pieces are boiled for days in deionized water at 80 oC and analysed to ensure highest safety. Our normative standard requires that the wall structure of our pools must resist the highly ag- gressive corrosive impact of deionized water. This ensures long service-life and is a prerequisite to our complex warranty.

Ceramic Composite Wall Structure

We offer pools with high-strength composite wall structure called ‘Ceramicline’, a compound of special resins and ceramic-powders. The ceramic layer set in the central part of the wall structure further improves the pools’ load-bearing capacity; pools are exposed to high strain in the course of transportation, craning and installation.

Aquacomet Wall Structure A Bit of Chemistry Not Just For the Advanced

The holy grail of high quality fiberglass pools is the use of epoxy resins, more commonly known as vinyl ester instead of polyester. Vinyl ester is a long-chain organic chemical compound that, owing to its physicochemical properties, has a minimal tendency to bind water molecules and, when integrated in the structure, is perfectly resistant to the osmotic pressure of water. In practice, this means that under normal conditions of use, vinyl ester fiberglass composite pools do not have the potential to osmosis, thus abnormal and premature failure of the wall structure is simply avoided.

Corner stairs do present a disadvantage, as both right sided and left sided versions need to be produced. At the installation site, the stairs must alternatively serve as either a left- or a right-side access route. Aquacomet’s pools offer diverse solutions in this respect.

Well-Tuned Pool Environment Aesthetic Tread Surface and Pool Rim

When installing a pool, the choice as regards the pool rim and tread surface around the pool is crucial for the final impression. Aquacomet pools can be built in with a visible flange 4-5 cm above the treading surface or with the pool rim concealed by a stone or wooden cover. The former is cost effective and provides a beautiful solution. The latter option, covered pool rims, ensures a more uniform look and a compact visual appearance at a reasonable cost as compared to the total cost of the investment.
