One of the characteristic features of the year 2020 has been the Covid-19 pandemic. It affects us all, but in very different ways. That is why this NephroCare for me issue deals with how people cope with the pandemic. A nurse from Italy tells one of her Stories from our network patients’ moving story in A happy recovery from Covid-19. Here is a second rice dish to put your new knowledge about rice into practice. A nourishing, creamy risotto always makes a wonderful meal for the autumn and wintertime. This beetroot risotto combines the specific earthy flavour with its stunning red colour. Try it out for yourself!
