Stoney was born on July 27, Lucille Pakootas 1988, and because of a bull riding accident he left us on June 25, 2005. It was reported that “Miss Spirit of the Eagle” was Angelina Spencer, Colville-Crow-Dine tribe...and that the winner of the “Lil Miss Spirit of the Eagles” title was Tia Spearchief of Wellpinit, WA.
