JR opened the meeting and welcomed all.

3 Adoption of Previous Minutes

The minutes of the meeting on 3 November 2014 were approved.

4 Matters Arising Renfrewshire Council was appointed new Chair for Local Rauc LC NB: The meetings will continue to be held at WDC 5 Works Programme All Roads Authorities works on SRWR Utilities either on SRWR or will email new programme direct to Authority 6 Planned Road Closures

JR advised that the kilt walk will mean certain embargo for various streets in West JR Dunbartonshire, these will appear on SRWR once known.

MG advised group of rolling programme of closures and suspension of parking ALL within Inverclyde. This was emailed out to the group 03/03/15.

Utilities advised either on SRWR or will make contact direct with Authority as required.

7 Performance

SA reported to Scottish Water about reinstatement of consequential damage not PB been picked up by contractor on site, PB will try to rectify this in house.

JT advised that BT Openreach will place a comment on to SRWR notice stating JT that Traffic Management plans are attached under objects.

MG requested that Utilities contact him asap if new mains replacements are planned for Inverclyde area, This is in response to a problem that occurred in MG Inverkip.

8 Feedback from WoS RAUCS

JR advised that Advice note 3 (Coring) will be getting slight changes made to it, ongoing awaiting feedback from coring working group.

9 Symology

This section will now be changed to SRWR with effect from May meeting

10 AOCB

Rmac reported that Traffic Management company (Class 1) are contacting him Rmac asking if it is ok to start, even though the Utility has already put info on SRWR. This is a communication issue between Utility and contractor/TM company.
