Study Abroad Program: Casey will take an 11‐day trip to Haiti over his 2013 winter break. The trip will concentrate on sustaining agricultural productivity. During the fall semester pre‐course, each student selects a concentration and develops a plan to integrate while in Haiti.

Casey said, “Utilizing my agriculture background along with my Building Construction Management education, I plan to focus on improving Haiti’s current irrigation techniques with the means available. With the trip to Cap Haitian along with follow‐up in the spring semester post‐course, I hope to make a positive impact on the Haitian agricultural system.
