City of Rivergrove OR Ordinance No. 89-2018
Native Tree List April 28, 2020
As noted in (F. 1.) of the Ordinance, the type of trees to be planted in mitigation shall be determined on a case by case basis with review and comment by the City Arborist. Per Ordinance section (F. 4.), it is highly recommended (not required) that mitigation trees be chosen from the Native Tree List, particularly in WQRA or Flood Hazard areas. The Approved Tree List may also be used for alternate tree choices for those areas. NON- WQRA or areas not in Flood Hazard Areas may use this Native Tree List or the Approved Tree List.
