The sale shall be for cash and, in addition, the purchaser shall pay— (a) the auctioneer’s commission; and (b) the costs of transfer, including conveyancer’s charges, stamp-duty and any other fees; and (c) all arrear rates and charges, and any other expenses necessary to complete the transfer. 8.
