On Friday evening, February 7th, the museum will kick off the month with the annual Banner Unveiling ceremony. The 2014 banner will feature Civil Rights lead- ers from the Austin area who are significant change agents: Volma Overton, Bertha Means, Arthur DeWitty, Ada Anderson, James Farmer, and Wilhelmina Delco. To help bring clarity to the occasion, Jim Harrington, founder of the Civil Jim Rights Project, is the guest speaker.
