The next meeting of the Parish Council will be held on 1 June at 6.30pm in the main hall, Village Hall.

All Councillors are summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business set out below. Public and press are welcome to attend. Members of the public wishing to speak during public participation must inform the clerk via email or in writing by Thursday 28 May including the subject matter: if they are unable to attend the meeting they will receive a written response from the clerk in the days following the meeting. There will be covid safety compliance requirements for the meeting, details of which will be made available on the parish council’s website.

33. Accounts: the council to approve payments presented by the clerk, and acknowledge receipts

35. Recreation and Play Facilities:

a. Update from Cllr Weeks, including May’s monthly inspection

36. Taylor Wimpey: transfer of public open space: in the light of renewed contact from Taylor Wimpey council to appoint members to liaise with the clerk with a view to making a decision on the transfer at the July meeting.

37. Bloor Homes: public consultation and information sharing meeting regarding transfer of land to parish council: council to agree date, time and format (virtual or physical) for the meeting, to be held before 5 July.

38. Grant/Donation applications: request for a grant of £367.50 from Kingston Colts Football Club as a contribution towards team shirts & shorts for the Under 9 Kingston Colts Football Team. (Application circulated to councillors).

39. Next meetings:

Public consultation and information sharing meeting regarding transfer of land from Bloor Homes – date TBC (between 21 June and 5 July).
