No.2 A: In light of the Notification No.12094 dated 17.12.2020 issued by the General Administration Department of the State Government of Bihar regarding cancellation of candidature of Sri Santosh Kumar, the then Additional District & Sessions Judge, Begusarai, presently posted as such at Biharsharif (Nalanda), under the District Judge (Entry Level) Direct from Bar Exam-2016, Sri Santosh Kumar, named in column no.2 of the table given below, is hereby reverted to his original post of Civil Judge (Senior Division) and posted as Sub Judge-cum-A.C.J.M. in the Judgeship to be stationed ordinarily at the station mentioned in column no. 3 of the table.

Further in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub Section (3) of Section (11) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) the High Court is pleased to confer upon the Officer named below, the powers of a Judicial Magistrate of the 1st Class for the concerned District, provided that he shall work in such a way that his disposal of Civil and Criminal matter must be in the ratio of 30:70.
