Members are informed that new 'MP' Car Parking Label for the year 2016 will be issued from 11th January, 2016.
Members are also informed that keeping in view the present security scenario, only one ‘MP’ Car Parking Label will be issued in favour of a Member. The vehicle must be registered in the name of the Member or in the name of his/her spouse.
Members are requested to enclose a copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle and also the 'MP' car parking label issued for the year 2015 along with the duly filled requisition form, which is available in the Notice Office, Room No. 26, Parliament House, New Delhi and also on the Rajya Sabha website under the link 'Downloads'.
The existing 'MP' car parking label will be valid till 31st January, 2016.

Members are informed that the following shall be the timings w.e.f. 11th January, 2016 for opening and closing of the gates as mentioned below:-
For Vehicular and Pedestrian entry
