Installation
1. Plan an installation. We've included three potential wiring diagrams from Caparison Guitars. Additional diagrams are available at www. shman.com.
2. Test t the components to make sure that each will t in the allocated locations, or modify the instrument until the t is correct and all the controls can be located without issue.
3. Fishman Fluence multi-voice pickups require a 9-volt battery or one of the available Fluence rechargeable battery packs. Check the t of your chosen power method into the control cavity.
4. The pickup voicing options are selectable by connecting the associated control wire to ground or leaving it oating (disconnected). The Voice 3 option con gures each pickup for single coil operation for a clean, bright tone. In this mode, the inner coils are active and INSTALL GUIDE provide hum cancelling when using both neck and bridge pickups together.
