Introduction “ABRITES diagnostics for NISSAN/ Infiniti” is a Windows PC based professional diagnostic software for vehicles from the NISSAN group. With the help of this software you can perform complete diagnostic operations of all 2000-present vehicles from the NISSAN group, which are in most cases unsupported by other diagnostic testers manufacturers. The “ABRITES diagnostics for NISSAN” also provides complete standard diagnostics (read faults, erase faults, current data, actuator tests) for NISSAN vehicles. Our PC USB diagnostic interface supports K-Line and CAN- BUS interface. Diagnostics is performed via the OBD-II connector. -

THE “RENAULT” BUSINESS AND THE VISIT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN TRADE FROM FRANCE, CHARLES DE CHAMBRUN (1966) Antoaneta Laura SAVA Abstract: Because the representatives of the “Renault” and “Volkswagen” companies did not show any interest, in the period 1973–1976, for a collaboration in the direction expected by the authorities from Bucharest, Nicolae Ceauşescu agreed on the prime minister Manea Mănescu signing a contract and several industrial and financial collaboration agreements, with the purpose of producing, at Craiova, under French licence, the models “Citroën Visa Spécial” and “Citroën Visa Club” (called in Romania, “Oltcit Special” and “Oltcit Club”). Meanwhile, the collaboration of Romania with “Renault” National Administration continued according to the intentions expressed by the prime minister Raymond Barre and Manea Mănescu in Paris (the 17th of December 1976), and the Romanian-French agreement concluded in the summer of 1978 (Bucharest, the 12th of June 1978), having the purpose to certify the continuation of “Dacia 1300” production, along with certain subsets, electric engines, dashboard instruments and components for the machines used in the car industry from Romania. In the last decade, were written, both in Romania and abroad, several studies and analyses that refer to the success registered by “Renault” French company, on addressing “Dacia Logan”, “Dacia MCV”, “Dacia Sandero” and “Dacia Duster” car makes. First produced at the Colibaşi plant, they had, since the beginning, a low selling price, as compared to other makes of renowned companies. Due to a special interest manifested for understanding the manner in which “Dacia” products reached the commercial success during the period 2004–2014, we are to present, further on, the beginning of the cooperation between the authorities from Romania and the “Renault” company. -

Communiqué De Presse 18 DÉCEMBRE 2014 The Renault Duster Team sets its sights on the Top 10 on the 2015 Dakar Rally For its third participation on the legendary event, the official Renault Duster Team will compete in the 2015 edition of the Dakar, from the 4th to 17th of January, with two allnew cars and a power plant from the RenaultNissan Alliance, with the objective of finishing in the Top 10. Since 2013, Renault Argentina has entered in one of the most demanding and exhilarating events in the world : the Dakar Rally. 29th in the general classification in its maiden participation, the team capitalized on its experience in 2014 to finish 14th overall and fourth in class. The two teams composed of Emiliano Spataro and Benjamín Lozada as well as José García and Mauricio Malano prepared for the Dakar by competing in three rounds of the Argentinian Rally CrossCountry Championship, taking a win and three runnerup results. This year, Renault Sport Technologies is more than ever before supporting the squad in bringing all its expertise and latest innovations in to order to offer the two Dusters the best assets to finish in the Top 10. To achieve this goal, the Renault Duster Team has two new Renault Dusters provided with cuttingedge technologies. More modern and powerful, the vehicles are equipped with V8 engines from the RenaultNissan Alliance, producing 380 brake horsepower. Renault Argentina is also reinforcing its logistics and its race team providing optimized technical support in Argentina, Chile and Bolivia, the countries that will be crossed for the 2015 edition. -

This article employs comparison hostage justice, conviction rates, confessions, with the United States to examine issues in plea bargaining Japanese criminal justice highlighted by the Ghosn case. The criminal charges and procedures used in Ghosn’s case illustrate several serious weaknesses in Japanese criminal justice—including the problems of prolonged detention and interrogation without a defense attorney that have been characterized as “hostage justice.” But in comparative perspective, the criminal justice systems in Japan and the U. S. have some striking similarities. Most notably, both systems rely on coercive means to obtain admissions of guilt, and both systems have high conviction rates. The American counterpart to Japan’s use of high-pressure tactics to obtain confessions is a system of plea bargaining in which prosecutors use the threat of a large “trial tax” Carlos Ghosn in Detention in Japan (a longer sentence for defendants who insist upon their right to a trial and are then convicted) to obtain guilty pleas. An apples-to- apples comparison also indicates that Japan’s Introduction “99% conviction rate” is not the extreme outlier that it is often said to be. -
