A Pinemount Elementary School nurse who resigned Friday was arrested Tuesday afternoon for stealing pills from the school, law enforcement officials said. Marilee Boozer, Boozer 24, of Lake City, was arrested by the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday afternoon at her home. She was charged with petit theft and possession of a con- trolled substance and booked into the Columbia County Detention Facility on $5,000 bond.
