A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers, under sub-section (1) of section 619A of the Companies Act, 1956:— (a) Annual Report and Accounts of the Bharat Yantra Nigam Limited, Allahabad, and its subsidiary companies, for the year 2001-2002, together with the Auditor's Report on the Accounts and the comments of the Comptroller and Auditor General of thereon. (b) Statement by Government accepting the above Report. II. Statement (in English and Hindi) giving reasons for the delay in laying the papers mentioned at (I) above. Shri O. Rajagopal (Minister of State in the Ministries of Parliamentary Affairs and Defence) on behalf of Shri Mansukhlal Gandhi, laid on the Table:- I. Subbarami Reddy laid on the Table a copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following Reports of the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (Thirteenth ):— (i) Thirty-ninth Report on Demands for Grants (2003-2004) of the Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs (Departments. of Economic Affairs and Expenditure). Farewell to the retiring Members of the House The Chairman bid farewell to three retiring Members namely Shri S. Ramachandran Pillai, Shri J. Chitharanjan and Shri C.O.
