Founded in July 2004 and with a registered consulting firm based in Chennai, VTransIT is a pioneer in the field of localization and globalization process. In the industry for 3 successful year, we have been very successful in consulting with Wipro Technologies, Larsen & Toubro , Infosys, and Polaris as direct clients addressing the localization & globalization needs of MELCO,, , , , Ajinomoto, Hitachi, Sanyo, SAP to name a few. Needless to say, with very strict Intellectual Confidentiality of Information process.

VTransIT strategically deploys Japanese Bilingual with sound Technical knowledge. Deploys translators and software professional to Free lancers based on the job needs and critical to delivery of the customer. 2.1 Localization Services

VTransIT shall be a business partner in executing the translation services, Reverse Engineering of Source Code, web sites etc… . Services available for both Japanese To English (J-E) and English To Japanese (E-J). With the execution density of 80 % J-E and 20 % E-J. How ever based on planning and term of availability of deliverables from the client, these % shall be modified based on need

2.1.1 Capabilities - Localization Services

9 Experience in various domains in specification, Design translations for some of global critical Technology missions of Japanese organizations 9 Reverse Engineered the source code of approximately 80000 Lines of source code and documented the program analysis to the customer 9 End-To-End localized the web sites from Japanese to English 9 Have translated 20000+ Pages of Japanese to English (80% J-E & 20% E-J) Technical Documents since July 2004

2.2 Japan Business Support Desk

VTransIT will help manage any startup or professional services & Consulting Companies, willing to venture into Japan business and vice versa by extending the bilingual consulting support services to manage the business communication Desk

We do not just do interpretation we involve with the business vendor counterpart to understand their value propositions to the Japanese business, represent the vendor in leading the meeting in “Japanese Style”, and building very strong business relationship between business vendor and Japanese client

2.4.1 Requirements & Design Consulting

VTransIT shall involve in Requirements Analysis, where most of the conversation would be in Japanese. The gap between Business Vendor and the Japanese client shall be bridged by VTransIT, by being part of business vendor or handle the requirements specification phase till the sign off

• Sign NDA & IP Policies of clients • Define the Quality standards and templates for the requirements phase for the business vendor • Translate the requirements to the business vendor, understand the expose Risks for assessment • Help define Acceptance Criteria with the Japanese client • Extend estimation Techniques for Fixed Price and Time & Material for the business vendor based on request • Accept design services & consultation till sign off from Japanese Client
