Gewimmel Im Sportpark Dielheim - Erster Wettkampf in Der Serie Des Kila-Cups Der Leichtathletik Des Rhein-Neckar-Kreises Am 21.05.2017
Gewimmel im Sportpark Dielheim - erster Wettkampf in der Serie des KiLA-Cups der Leichtathletik des Rhein-Neckar-Kreises am 21.05.2017 Über 220 Kinder, deren Eltern, Trainer und Betreuer sowie natürlich die Helfer des veranstaltenden TV Dielheim wimmelten am Sonntag den 21.05.2017 im Sportpark der Gemeinde Dielheim. Der Grund- im Rahmen der Cupwertung 2017 des Rhein- Neckar- Kreises (RNK) wurde für die Altersklassen der U08, der U10 und der U12 der erste Wettkampf in der Kinderleichtathletik ausgetragen. Bei bestem Wetter, das gute und hervorragende Leistungen geradezu herausforderte, maßen sich 28 gemischte Mannschaften mit jeweils bis zu elf Mitgliedern im Werfen, Springen und Laufen. Mit dem Konzept der Kinderleichtathletik verfolgt der DLV das Ziel durch den Spaß an der Vielfalt kindgerecht abgewandelter leichtathletischer Übungen einer allzu frühen Spezialisierung der jungen SportlerInnen entgegenzuwirken. Zudem sind durch das Wertungssystem als Mannschaft nicht von jedem Teammitglied in allen Disziplinen Spitzenleistungen gefragt. Das Zusammenwirken in einer Mannschaft lässt auch in der Individualsportart Leichtathletik Erfolge noch schöner werden und Niederlagen leichter verarbeiten. Schaute man während der Wettbewerbe auf der 250m- Rundbahn des TV Dielheim in die begeisterten Gesichter der eifrigen, jungen SportlerInnen so scheint das Konzept aufzugehen. Das alles ganz im Sinne von Michael Hartmann, der die KiLA in Dielheim ins Leben gerufen hat. Am Wettkampftag organisierte er den Hoch-Weitsprung und zeigte sich von dem „Gewimmel“ begeistert: „So haben wir uns das vorgestellt, als vor jetzt schon vielen Jahren die Idee zum Sportpark Gestalt annahm“. Nach gemeinsamem Aufwärmen, angeleitet von U16 Sportlerinnen des TV Dielheim, stand für die U08 Heulerwurf, Weit-Hochsprung, 30m Sprint aus verschiedenen Startpositionen und Biathlonstaffel auf dem Programm. -

Her story: On March 7, 1419, Mechthild von der Pfalz was born in Heidelberg Palace, the daughter of Prince- Elector Ludwig III, later the wife of two important rulers. She was a highly cultured woman and the center of a "Musenhof", a court of muses. She was the driving force behind the founding of two of the state's academic institutions, continuing a family tradition, which began with the founding of Heidelberg University by Prince-Elector Ruprecht I in 1386. Her birthday falls the day before International Women's Day, which is celebrated on March 8 — one more reason why the State Palaces and Gardens of Baden-Württemberg is commemorating this famous resident of the Electoral Palatinate. THE ROYAL RESIDENCE 600 YEARS AGO As the daughter of Prince-Elector Ludwig von der Pfalz and his wife, Countess Matilda von Savoyen-Achaja, Mechthild was born in Heidelberg Palace on March 7, 1419. The castle was still very much a medieval structure, not one of the grandiose palaces that characterize the area today. The Ruprechtsbau structure, commissioned by and named after her grandfather, King Ruprecht I, was not completed until just before Mechthild's birth. It is the oldest surviving residential structure on the castle grounds and is one of the last remnants of the late medieval castle. -

Dear reader, I decided to add one of my presentations as "Further Material", because I think that this text contains some useful thoughts on spaces in history and therefore suits to the general interest of our workshop. I presented the paper already on march 21, 2014 in Cologne at a conference on "Imperial Circulation of State Knowledge (savoirs d’État). Europe and the Non-European World in the 18th and 19th Centuries". I am looking forward for your remarks! Best regards Alexander van Wickeren Savoir d'État of tobacco cultivation in the Napoleonic Empire: Comparing circulations from the perspectives of administrations in Alsace and Baden Alexander van Wickeren (University of Cologne) I. Introduction In this talk I seek to analyse the effects of the spatial organization of the Napoleonic Empire on the circulation of agricultural tobacco knowledge. Thus, I take up the research, most recently of Marcus Popplow, on the “Economic Enlightenment” around 1800.i In this time agricultural knowledge came to be seen more and more as a resource for administrations and the ‘wealth’ of possession and territories – it became essentially a savoir d’État.ii Within this context tobacco cultivation was an important object. In my PhD project I seek to investigate the transformations of actors, knowledge systems and spaces of circulations of tobacco knowledge between 1800 and 1870 with a focus on the southern Rhine border area. The project is generally concerned with the changing role of knowledge sectors like tobacco species and seed, fertilizer or drying technology. Today, I want to limit my scope to the spatial implications of knowledge circulations that have been debated in the recent research. -
