WELCOME Aboard…. once again! Join Bibby’s and let 2021 be the year of ‘New Discoveries’ and ‘Magical Memories’. It has been a while, but behind the scenes the Bibby family have been working hard to produce our new 2021 Day Excursion leaflet, ensuring that our handpicked destinations are safe, comfortable and enjoyable. Our main focus has been to include day excursions with open-air events, gardens and spacious museums. In this leaflet we have also provided information on tours and holidays available throughout the year, and a selection of short and seasonal breaks for November and December which are available to book now. Once you have made your choices you can contact us via telephone on 015242 41330 to make your reservation. We politely ask that you do not visit our offices unless necessary, for the time being. Our office opening hours will be Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 4.00pm. Your health and safety is of paramount importance to us and with this in mind our tours and excursions from 17 May to 20 June will operate at reduced capacity to allow for social distancing. Hopefully if restrictions are lifted from 21 June, we will be running a normal Day Excursion and Holiday programme allowing the maximum number of 50 passengers on board. We have obtained the Visit England 'We’re Good To Go’ COVID-19 industry standard mark and on top of our already robust cleaning regimes we have introduced some new measures, including an anti-viral interior fogging machine, which assists in the killing of airborne germs. We have also fitted new air purification systems to our touring coaches. These devices filter the fresh air being brought into the vehicle through the air conditioning system. Strong disinfectant is used on all grab handles, seat back tables and seat belts prior to any departure, and at regular intervals throughout the day. New Website! Once again, we would like to thank all our lovely customers who have been so patient, understanding and kind as we worked our way through the challenges encountered over recent months. We thank you for your kind words, cards, gifts and support which you have communicated to us. We especially thank those who accepted credit vouchers and we look forward to welcoming you all again on our coaches. Our dedicated team are eagerly awaiting your return.
